Being born into the royal family definitely comes with many honors and privileges that Meghan and Harry’s baby will experience from the start. The Cambridge kids, George, Charlotte, and Louis are famously known as Princes and Princesses. When Baby Sussex arrives, chances are, he or she will not be given a royal title. The reason for this is because Harry is not a future king.

While it is true that he is sixth in line to be the monarch, chances are, he will never take the throne. His place in line will be pushed even further back in the future when the Cambridge children become parents themselves.

The baby will not grow up in London

As most people already know, Meghan and Harry are renovating Frogmore Cottage, located near their wedding venue in Windsor about 40 miles outside of London.

This will allow their child to be raised in a quieter setting, outside of the hustle and bustle of the city. The new royal baby will be able to enjoy the English countryside and experience life in the small, quaint town of Windsor, away from London and somewhat out of the public eye.

Meghan and Harry may not hire a nanny

Prince William and Kate Middleton have extremely busy schedules, so although they are very hands-on parents, having a nanny is a necessity due to their many royal duties and obligations. Although Prince Harry and Meghan have full schedules themselves, it is thought that they are considering having Meghan’s mother, Doria Ragland, look after the baby when they are not able to do so themselves.

This would be a definite first for senior members of the royal family since Prince William and Harry had a nanny themselves when growing up. However, with Doria reportedly being over the moon about the arrival of her first grandchild, it is really no surprise that she wants to help out in any way she can!

Baby Sussex will have a much more private life

While the Cambridge children have been seen on occasion at public events, this will not be the case for Meghan and Harry’s baby. Chances are, he or she will be kept out of the spotlight as much as possible, not appearing at as many events as William and Kate’s children have in the past. Given that Prince George is a future king, it was highly expected that Will and Kate introduce him to the world shortly after he was born, and they followed suit with their other two children as well.

Since baby Sussex will be seventh in line to the throne, not many people are expecting to see Meghan and Harry emerge on the hospital steps immediately following the baby’s arrival. It is thought that they may very well keep certain things private until they feel ready to release details.

We certainly can’t wait to meet Baby Sussex! Meghan and Harry are both famously great with kids, and they are sure to make excellent parents themselves. No matter which type of parenting style they decide on, their baby is sure to have a wonderful upbringing, unique and perfect in Meghan and Harry’s own way!
