Why would Kris Jenner avoid Khloé Kardashian?

On the show, Khloé stated that she felt like Kris “literally avoiding” her, saying in a conversation with Scott Disick, “It’s so weird. I’ve been looking for mom forever.”

Disick says that Jenner could be avoiding Kardashian due to the fact that in his memoir, Khloé’s ex-husband, Lamar Odom, said that Jenner was instrumental in the confrontation that the two had at SoulCycle in 2015. “She’s scared that you’re gonna confront her about that SoulCycle thing,” Disick told Khloé.

Khloé says that she and Disick will have to team up to “expose mom.”

What exactly did Lamar Odom say in his book

In his memoir, Darkness to Light, Odom alleges that Jenner set up the moment between he and Kardashian at SoulCycle.

“Kris was only interested in protecting the Kardashian brand, which was an international phenomenon … It was always about her brand. I was nothing to her,” he wrote. “Kris called me later that night to tell me that Khloé wanted to speak to me in person the next day in L.A. Khloé had gone dark after her last text, an hour or so before, so I assumed she had fallen asleep. I was high on cocaine, weed and alcohol,” the book reads. “I was desperate to talk to her. I knew this was my last chance. Kris said Khloé would be at SoulCycle Beverly Hills at 6 a.m. and she was right on time. As she walked down the sidewalk dressed in her workout clothes, I jogged across the street to say hello.”

Lamar Odom apologizes to Kris Jenner

After naming Jenner and listing the claim in his book, Odom later apologized to her.

In May, he told Baller Alert, “Kris will always be my family, and sometimes things happen with family members that you can’t even explain. She’ll always be my mother, and that’ll always be my family.”
