Is Prince Harry Really Expected to Mimic His Big Brother’s Behavior?

Prince Harry has found himself at the center of speculation for decades, but coverage of the prince has reached a fever pitch since he wed Meghan Markle in a lavish ceremony in 2018. Long regarded as the cool, easy-going brother, Harry hasn’t been endearing himself to the media or the public in recent months, and now it looks like the palace might be handing down some orders. Rumors are swirling that Prince Harry has been told to act a lot more like his big brother, Prince William.

What are the significant differences between Prince William and Prince Harry

While Prince Harry and Prince William are brothers who grew up in the same household, they are incredibly different people, insist inside experts. The younger prince is seen as far more emotional than his older brother. He also appears to be a bit more normal and down-to-earth, which makes his discontent with the media coverage make a great deal of sense.

In a documentary about the royal family, it is noted that William is a charming man, but there remains a bit of awkwardness, reports People. Prince Harry, on the other hand, is quick-witted and seems incredibly at ease, but the normalcy he projects may be the very reason he’s had such a difficult time adjusting to royal adulthood.

What is the one quality the palace would like Prince Harry to have?

According to The Express, Prince Harry has been urged by the palace to behave more like his brother. In fact, they’ve asked him to develop a more “statesmanlike” approach to his comings and goings and how he deals with the media. Allegedly, the palace has even suggested he might want to take a cue from his brother when it comes to dealing with royal life.

A statesmanlike quality is defined as the ability to project an air of propriety. The term is also used for anyone who can appear experienced in the arena of politics. A statesmanlike quality is also one that demands respect. Because Prince William has been groomed to one day take the throne, the quality was cultivated and nurtured from a young age. Prince Harry, who was far more free to experience and experiment hasn’t quite honed the skill.

Why is Prince Harry in trouble with the media?

Prince Harry’s antics have more or less been accepted. Long before he met Meghan Markle, the wild prince was at the center of tabloid fodder, but many of his cringe-worthy moments were quickly buried in the annals of news archives. Ever since he wed, however, the spotlight has been shining on the prince more often and more intently, and it doesn’t seem like he enjoys having his every move scrutinized.

Before he married Markle, Prince Harry issued a public warning. He essentially chastised the media for the coverage of Meghan, according to NBC. The warning was meant to stave off media coverage, but it only managed to cast the couple in a negative light. An intense desire to keep their private life private, and the ire Prince Harry must feel towards the media for playing a role in his mother’s untimely death, surely have played a part in the current climate that surrounds the prince.

The media hasn’t stopped covering the prince and his young family. They haven’t stopped criticizing their every move. Prince Harry, for his part, is seemingly refusing to play into the media’s game; his brother, Prince William, on the other hand, has managed to expertly utilize and mold the press, although that skill didn’t come right away for Prince William and Kate Middleton, either.
