Jackie Warner’s Instagram Has Fans Asking This Big Question
Jackie Warner from Bravo’s former fitness show Workout recently made a stunning admission on Instagram. The uber-fit personal trainer said she’s gained weight and got super real about it. She shared a video and a confession on Instagram proving that she actually is human.
In her video confession, she admitted to what she’s been eating (and why). But said she’s determined to drop the weight. She even revealed how much she currently weighs, which had to have been very difficult. Since making the first Instagram post, Warner added two more, even dropping a surprising question some fans asked her.

Although Warner has posted a number of recent images on Instagram, the most recent video shows Warner has indeed put on weight. She says, “Ok, so here’s the deal. I weighed myself just now. I weigh 170, which is 35 pounds over my regular weight.” The person taking the video says, “172.” To which she laughs and says, “172. I’m lying about my weight already.”
She says she’s putting herself on one of her diets and cutting out her one big vice. “Dirty filthy candy,” she says in the video. On her Instagram post, she admits to eating candy for dinner due to stress. So cutting simple carbs is a huge part of her strategy. But also ice cream too she laughs.
Warner plans to use a new featured workout and exercise plan, called 20/20, which is likely to be revealed on her new website, which launches January 1. She also said she will be sharing recipes on her video posts too.

Workout fans know Warner is always extremely lean and cut. She posted an image of her body, specifically her ripped abs from a magazine cover. But then compared the image to her current core, which was extremely brave. Truthfully, Warner’s body is still very enviable. But for someone who spends their life in killer shape, having the body of a mere mortal has to be tough.
She posted, “Old abs. New abs. I didn’t know what to expect the other day when I posted my video. People can be so mean, especially to public figures! But your overwhelming support and kindness is inspiring me to get real!! Its also making me excited to succeed.” A string of positive comments followed Warner’s pictures as the post received thousands of likes.

First of all, I am blown away by your support!! It is so hard for me to be this public about where my body is at right now. I decided to do HIIT cardio for the first 6 days and then come Monday I’m hitting my 20/20 program hard along with the diet. There is no way I’m gonna eat sugar since I have all of your accountability! So thank you! Warner retreated from the spotlight after she left Bravo several years ago. While she continued to write books and release fitness DVDs, Warner all but stopped interacting with fans. Now that she’s posted three consecutive videos and images, fans are wondering why now.
She wrote on Instagram, “First of all, I am so blown away by your support!! It is so hard for me to be this public about where my body is at right now. Plus responded to this question she’s received since starting the initiative. “For those of you who asked if I did this on purpose for my website,” she says while working out. “There is no way I would put my body through this on purpose. For all the money in the world. So that’s not it.”
