Jenelle Evans’ Friend Claims She’s Staying With David Eason After Assault Arrest
David Eason was recently arrested again and accused of assaulting a man with a gun. That man is Jenelle Evans’ friend and he gave an update after the alleged incident. Find out what he had to say about the former Teen Mom 2 star and more.
David Eason was charged with assault with a deadly weapon
Eason was arrested and charged with assault with a deadly weapon and communicating threats on June 12, according to TMZ. Evans reportedly had her friends come over to get some of her things.
Her husband was accused of hitting one of the men, James Spivey, on his neck with a pistol. He was also accused of threatening his life by saying “I will blow your f*cking brains out.”
Evans talked to Celebernation about the alleged incident. “I’m shaking and saddened by this, it’s time for me to move on from this relationship and find happiness for my kids and myself elsewhere,” she said.
Eason was released an hour later after an unsecure bond was set. “I’m upset how everything ended up and wish the situation was taken in a more serious manner, I didn’t agree with the unsecured bond,” she said.
She also addressed the situation in a Facebook post. The post read, “I just want to let the public, tabloids, and my fans know that IM OK, IM SAFE AND SO ARE THE KIDS! I’m going to take a few days out to myself to gather my thoughts and focus on what’s going on so I won’t be on social media much. I love you all for the support that you all have shown me and I’ll be stronger and better than ever soon!”
Jenelle Evans returned to social media
It didn’t take long for the reality star to return to social media. She returned to Twitter on June 15 to address her new website.
“Let’s get this straight… my new subscription website is family oriented and a bunch of old content and new content I’ve had saved on my phone for years. Please don’t get this mixed up with ‘OnlyFans’ because it’s not,” she tweeted.
On June 17, she tweeted that people shouldn’t worry about her. “Dude… there’s so much more important things going on in life. Stop worrying about me,” she tweeted.
James Spivey says she’s back with Eason
Spivey talked to The Sun and claimed the married couple is back together. He also claimed that what she told fans after the arrest didn’t happen.
“She’s claiming she’s with relatives, but it’s the opposite,” Spivey said. “She’s staying at the property. They’re back together.”
He also added, “She hasn’t filed the restraining order. On Friday she had the paperwork for the restraining order, but did not file it on Monday like she said.”
Spivey revealed what the former reality star told him before he tried to help her get her things. “When she reached out to me and Josh, she said she had to get out of the relationship,” he said. “She said she was filing a restraining order, but she didn’t do it.”
Evans hasn’t gone into detail about her relationship again since the incident. So the claim they reunited is unconfirmed.
