Jenni ‘JWoww’ Farley Thinks She Came Off ‘In Bad Taste’ After ‘Jersey Shore: Family Vacation’ Vegas Drama

Jersey Shore: Family Vacation fans will recall when Jenni “JWoww” Farley got drunk in Las Vegas as her boyfriend got a little too friendly with Angelina Pivarnick. Find out why Farley feels like she came off in “bad taste” during that trip as well as the hopes she had for season 3 before it all came crashing down.

‘Jersey Shore: Family Vacation’ drove a wedge between Jenni and ’24’

Farley watches new episodes of Jersey Shore: Family Vacation just like the fans do — when they air. As such, she didn’t learn the extent of Zack “24” Carpinello’s indiscretions until October 2019.

When Farley finally saw how close Carpinello got to Pivarnick, she felt incredibly disrespected. “After seeing tonight’s episode, I’m pretty hurt,” Farley shared on Instagram. “I feel disrespected by someone I called a friend and by someone who stated they loved me. For five months, I was kept in the dark about this. For five months, I was naive, probably laughed at, and made into a storyline that will forever haunt me. My heart hurts on so many levels. One thing I learned from tonight’s episode is know your value. Don’t ever lower your standards.”

When the episode aired, Farley ended things with Carpinello for a brief time. However, according to social media, the two were back together by the end of 2019. Their relationship still seems to be going strong today.

Jenni has a lot of thoughts about how ‘Jersey Shore’ is edited

While the show isn’t scripted, Jersey Shore is heavily edited for television. In the past, Farley said she was hurt by the way the show portrays her. “How I’m edited on TV can sometimes suck, but I will always keep it 100,” Farley wrote in an Instagram caption. “Some of the scenes you see are condensed because there’s only so many minutes in an episode.”

Now, it seems Farley has changed her tune. “I give producers a lot of credit because they really try to fit so much information into 42 minutes,” Farley said in a video on her YouTube channel.

Jenni didn’t like how she acted toward her roommates after Las Vegas

The Las Vegas episode of Jersey Shore: Family Vacation ultimately caused a rift between Farley and Pivarnick. For months after Carpinello’s questionable behavior with Pivarnick, there was tension between the group. After realizing what actually happened that night, Farley sought to mend her relationship with Pivarnick.

Despite the producers’ effort to convey Farley in a positive light, she felt like she came off in “bad taste.” Several things made Farley feel this way. As she explained on her YouTube channel, Farley felt she came off negatively because of aspects she wasn’t aware of or the things she couldn’t control. “I just didn’t know, so I was fighting a one-sided battle, truthfully.” That battle came in the form of defending Carpinello without having a full understanding of his actions.

‘JWoww’ hoped producers would give fans clarity regarding Angelina’s wedding drama

After the outpouring of drama that occurred the season before, Farley wanted season 3 of Jersey Shore: Family Vacation to be a redemption season. Farley said she hoped producers would show things as accurately as they could. Having lived through the drama of Pivarnick’s wedding and knowing that Polizzi was removing herself from future seasons of the show, Farley was curious about how season 3 would unfold.

Unfortunately for Farley, things came to a screeching halt. She ultimately decided to remove herself from the show, announcing her retirement the day Jersey Shore: Family Vacation‘s third season came to an end. Farley no longer wants to take part in the drama she feels the show creates.
