‘Jersey Shore’ Star, Ronnie Ortiz-Magro Posts About Someone Staying out of His Life and More After Not Guilty Plea

The reality star was reportedly at an Airbnb with Jen Harley and their daughter, Ariana on Oct. 4. when there was an incident. The father reportedly locked himself in the property with their daughter. TMZ reported that he chased Harley with a knife before dropping it.

Ortiz-Magro’s lawyer, Scott E. Leemon gave a statement after the arrest. “The reporting of the alleged incident relating to Ronnie Magro yesterday is based upon pure speculation and innuendo,” Leemon told Entertainment Tonight. “We are currently conducting our own investigation and will have no further comment until that has been concluded.”

He reportedly was tased by the police then arrested. Later he was released from jail after his bond was set at $100,000.

He pleaded not guilty to the charges

The reality star was charged with seven misdemeanors. The charges included one of domestic violence, one count of brandishing a weapon, one count of child endangerment, one count of resisting arrest, one count of criminal threats, one charge for false imprisonment and there are two charges of resisting arrest for each police officer.

On Nov. 8, Ortiz-Magro went to the pre-trial to plead not guilty to the charges. The Los Angeles City Attorney requested a protective order for Harley and their daughter, which was granted. He could face up to one year in jail for each charge.

He posted about someone staying out of his life

The reality star hasn’t made an official statement about his legal situation, but he is posting on Instagram. Some of his latest messages are vague. However, they could be tied to his current situation.

He posted a picture that read “I forgive you, but stay the f*ck out of my life.” The father then captioned it with “Everyone say it with me.”

The next day he posted another message on Instagram with a photo of him with his daughter. The caption read, “No matter what happens, what you’re going through, Daddy will always be there holding your hand by your side!”

These aren’t the first messages he posted after his arrested. He previously posted about moving on with, “Outgrowing people is natural. Never bring yourself down, find people on your level.” Ortiz-Magro then wrote, “Protect your peace from those who are committed to misunderstanding you.”

Some of his cast members have commented on the situation. Mike Sorrentino appeared on the podcast, It’s Happening with Snooki & Joey to talk about it.

“Yes, listen, this whole situation is really bizarre. It really is,” he said about the alleged fight. It sounds like he still wished his cast member well.

“There is a long list of bizarre crazy things that have happened,” he said. “I don’t know. At this particular point, I am just going to say, I am going to pray for him, his family, the baby, his future.”
