Ortiz-Magro is currently facing charges for a previous alleged incident involving him, Harley, and their daughter. The charges are brandishing a weapon, child endangerment, resisting arrest, criminal threats, false imprisonment, and resisting arrest. He entered the plea of not guilty.

Recently his attorneys, Scott E. Leemon and Leonard Levine claimed Harley “entered his home while he was sleeping and started viciously assaulting him” on Jan. 11, according to Us Weekly.

“Ronnie immediately called the Las Vegas Police Department and filed a domestic violence complaint against Jennifer,” they claimed. “Then, this morning [Wednesday, January 15], a Family Court Judge in the Clark County (Las Vegas, NV) District Court, Family Division granted Ronnie an Emergency Order for Protection Against Domestic Violence. This Emergency Order is in effect until February 25, 2020.”

Harley’s attorney, Lisa Bloom gave a response to this news to TMZ. “Contact that Ronnie Ortiz had with Jen Harley recently was in violation of the restraining order in effect against him. We have not received any restraining order against her, and if Jenn does get served with one, we will oppose it. Jenn just wants to raise her baby in peace,” she claimed.

TMZ reports that the couple put their 4 bedroom and 4 bathroom Las Vegas home back on the market three months ago. It is on sale for $869,900 and the former couple plans to split the profits.

The couple has still been going through their legal battles with each other. Ortiz-Magro reportedly plans to move back to Los Angeles. Harley reportedly no longer has use for the property.

Harley has reportedly gotten her real estate license

The mother has reportedly made a big career move by getting her real estate license in Nevada, according to TMZ. She will reportedly be joining the team of Realty One Group in Las Vegas.

Sources claimed Harley has owned six homes and became passionate about buying and selling them. She reportedly wants to be licensed in California too.

Harley announced this new career move in a post on Instagram. She wrote in a caption announcing her new Instagram page:
