Joy Behar and Meghan McCain: How Much Are ‘The View’ Hosts Worth?
Tempers flaring between the ladies of The View is nothing new. The ABC daytime talk show has its name for a reason and the hosts are supposed to discuss a variety of current topics and many times have opposing viewpoints on those. However, during a tribute to someone who recently died shouldn’t be where the cat claws come out. But that’s exactly what happened on Dec. 3, 2018, when the show did a segment remembering President George H.W. Bush who passed away a few days earlier.
While speaking about the 41st President of the United States, longtime co-host Joy Behar brought up Bush’s stance on the environment before bringing up President Trump saying, “This president that we have now is trying to unravel everything that he did and Obama did. And if I ever become a one-issue voter, it will be about pollution and the greenhouse effect…”
She was then interrupted by fellow co-host Meghan McCain, who said she wanted to “focus on the president” they were supposed to be remembering rather than the one in the White House now.
After just a bit of back and forth, host Whoopi Goldberg announced that they were going to commercial break apparently before things got too heated. You can watch their fiery exchange below.
Of course, whenever the ladies are in the news questions come up about more than what topics they were disagreeing over. One of those questions is about their net worth, so we’re breaking down just how much money Joy Behar and Meghan McCain each have.
