Kenya Moore from ‘RHOA’ Triggered by Quad Webb from ‘Married to Medicine’ and Feud on ‘WWHL’
Kenya Moore from The Real Housewives of Atlanta and Quad Webb from Married to Medicine were guests on Watch What Happens Live this Sunday. Both reality stars seemed to be getting along quite well until an incident occurred that made tensions rise. Things got so awkward that viewers at home noticed and asked about the beef there was between them.
Andy Cohen presented a sneak peek of next week’s episode of RHOA that delved into the relationship between Moore and Marc Daly. Upon the return to the WWHL set, Webb seemed to take over hosting duties and asked Moore about the situation.
“So Kenya, how does that make you feel when you see that your husband doesn’t have your back? And actually, you guys are one, you’re a unit,” Webb addressed Moore.
The beauty queen was taken aback and shrugged off her query and said, “Well, I’m going to let Andy ask the questions.” Cohen said that he was going to ask the same thing Webb asked.
“We were asking the same thing,” Webb said when Moore finished answering.
“That’s ok, but he’s the host,” Moore added.
Webb said that she understood Moore because it was Cohen’s show and she shouldn’t ask any questions. The Married to Medicine star then made a reference to her own talk show.
“I love Sister Circle,” Moore said.
“Yeah, of course, you do,” Webb answered back with a shady tone.
What’s the beef between Kenya Moore and Quad Webb?
Later on, Cohen said that he’d been getting a lot of tweets from viewers asking why Moore was “being so shady” to Webb.
“That’s going to take too long for me to answer,” Moore said.
Webb chimed in saying Moore was “very smart” and she was capable of summarizing whatever beef they had because the viewers wanted to know.
“Let’s give the people two words,” Webb pressured. “It doesn’t matter what it is. Give it to them.”
Upon Webb’s insistence, Moore said, “History. She has a little bit of shady history towards me.
Webb then recalled saying, “I thought you were saying something in favor of my ex-husband once before,” and Moore fired back saying, “Oh I love him. Is that a bad thing?”
The RHOA star said they both met at an event and were nice to each other. What she didn’t like was when she appeared on WWHL and said “shady stuff” on the episode she shared with Sheree Whitfield.
“If you remember so much, then go ahead and refresh our memory,” Webb added. “Well, you’re still holding onto it many years later. I don’t recall. [I’ve] always liked you. So tell me exactly what was said.”
Quad Webb apologized to Kenya Moore
It was until the WWHL After Show that viewers finally got the tea on the feud between Moore and Webb. Cohen brought up the subject once again and said that producers scrubbed through the episode with Webb and Whitfield.
“It was the episode where Sheree said something, really kind of, that you took great offense to about your mom,” Cohen revealed. “Was what you were upset about that Quad was there and laughing along with Sheree?”
Moore then said, “I think it was about my mom not answering the door.”
Although Webb asked for them to run the clip, Cohen said they couldn’t because it wasn’t in the system. The Married to Medicine star took the opportunity to apologize to Moore for the incident.
“She’s telling me that she feels offended by it… I receive what she’s saying,” Webb said towards Moore. “I receive that it probably wasn’t a good place for me to say it. I’m not going to say how you should’ve felt, I can’t control that but I can apologize for it, ok? How bout’ that?”
Moore accepted and appreciated her apology and the beef was squashed between the reality stars.
