Within a day, the video earned over a hundred thousand views from fans, excited for this new chapter in Kesha’s music. Some even took to Twitter, sharing their love for this pop star. Kesha discussed her musical influences during an interview with Rolling Stone Magazine.

Kesha’s latest album follows songs like ‘Praying’ on her 2017 album, ‘Rainbow’

This upcoming album will be the first record the pop artist put out since her 2017 release, Rainbow. One of the most popular songs on the record, “Praying” touched upon her legal battle with Sony and producer Dr. Luke. During an interview with Rolling Stone, Kesha addressed the changes in her life and in these two albums.

“I feel like this time around I reconnected to the unrestrained joy and wildness that’s always been a part of me — and in this process, I have had the most fun I’ve ever had making a record,” Kesha said. “I hope my fans love it as much as I loved making it — and know I always have y’all in mind.”

“On the last record, I feel like I had to address some very serious things, and now this time around I have reclaimed my love of life,” the artist continued. “To quote one of my favorite songs of all time I’ve decided to ‘fight for my right to party!’ On my own terms. I won’t be defined by my past, but I will learn from it. I am so happy, and I hope that happiness is infectious.”

This artist first shared the news with her fans on Twitter, sharing a message about the process she took to write it. Naturally, fans shared their excitement for this new era, complete with creepy imagery and iconic Kesha vocals.

“Animals!!!! I’m so excited to announce that my album High Road is coming! I feel like this time around I reconnected to the unrestrained joy and wildness that’s always been a part of me, and in this process, I have had the most fun I’ve ever had making a record,” Kesha tweeted. “I hope you love it as much as I loved making it, and know I always have y’all in mind.”

“Yes yes yes! Kesha Rose knows there is a void in the clubs! And she’s about to fill those dance floors again without apologies! #KeshaIsComing,” said one Twitter user.

“I’m hearing animal/cannibal vibes, some sleazy-esque beats, and some beautiful vocals. So psyched for this album,” said one fan on YouTube.
