Khloé Kardashian Just Shared Her New Year’s Resolution For 2020 and It’s Very Personal
2019 was a very interesting year for Khloé Kardashian. Though the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star stepped firmly into her first full year of motherhood, her romantic life left a lot to be desired. After forgiving her daughter’s father, Tristan Thompson, for cheating on her during her pregnancy — Kardashian was intent on making the relationship work.
Unfortunately, the NBA star had other ideas. Apparently, he just doesn’t care about being in a monogamous relationship since he was seen kissing KarJenner family friend, Jordyn Woods over Valentine’s Day Weekend.
Since that faithful February day– Kardashian’s life has been filled with cryptic Instagram posts, dramatic KUWTK episodes, and long captions about where she is in life. Thankfully, as we head into a new decade, the Revenge Body star has decided to put all of the drama in the past.
Khloé Kardashian was able to get through 2019 because of her daughter
Despite the trying year, there was a major bright spot in Kardashian’s life that kept her smiling — her 1-year-old daughter, True Thompson. The starlet constantly showcases adorable photos of True, whom she’s nicknamed Tutu, for fans to gush over.
One follower said, “She is so adorable!!! You are definitely inspiring. It is amazing how you always bounce back from life’s obstacles with positive vibes.” The Revenge Body host responded, “Bless you!! Thank you!!!! Life is how we look at things. Look at my girl! How could I not love life and fight to be stronger everyday?!”
At least something positive came out of Kardashian’s relationship with Thompson.
Khloé Kardashian is open to a new love in the New Year
Despite his desperate attempts to win her back — it appears that Kardashian is only interested in co-parenting with Thompson. After all, he truly doesn’t seem like he can be trusted with her heart. With that relationship firmly in her past — the KUWTK star is open to a new romance.
“Khloé isn’t dating anyone nor is she expecting to date anyone soon,” a source explained to Hollywood Life. “There is a lot to handle when it comes to a relationship and Khloé knows that there are a few obstacles she needs to get through. She has been burned before. The things she would have to do to accept love again and go through to move forward with a meaningful relationship is something she is still dealing with. Khloé’s heart is open and it would be baby steps but that is the best advice she is giving herself, so as of this moment she isn’t dating anyone serious at all but she isn’t out of the game just yet.”
This is Khloé Kardashian’s New Year’s resolution for 2020
With everything that’s happened — Kardashian has a singular focus for the New Year, and that’s putting herself first. On Dec. 19, the Good American star shared a quote on Instagram. It read, “2020 is very personal. I owe myself a lot.”
It’s clear from her past relationships with Thompson and even with her ex-husband, Lamar Odom — Kardashian allowed men to treat her any kind of way. Hopefully, she’s spent the majority of 2019 working on her self-esteem and her self worth. She followed up her New Year’s resolution with another quote the read, “Make sure you don’t start seeing yourself through the eyes of those who don’t value you. Know your worth even if they don’t.”
Here’s to good vibes for everyone in the New Year.
