Khloé Kardashian Just Posted A Powerful Quote About 2020 In the Midst of Difficult Family Events
It seems the Kardashian-Jenner family has something new going on in their lives every day. Though some might call it drama, the family has gone through their share of difficult trials and tribulations that have always been discussed in the spotlight.
Khloé Kardashian knows all too well what it’s like to have one’s personal life broadcasted to the world. And she just shared a powerful quote about appreciating life as personal events within the family unfold.
The Kardashian-Jenner family has opened the world to their personal lives
When Keeping Up With the Kardashians first premiered back in 2007, the family was not expecting the massive fame they now see today. Kris Jenner got the idea from a friend that the family should start a reality show, and when Ryan Seacrest picked up the idea, the family’s lives changed. For the past 13 years, KUWTK has been gracing our television screens and letting fans in on everything involving the Kardashian-Jenner’s personal lives.
The family has been through break ups, make ups, babies, major career moves, and more, and it has all been shared. But not everything the women open up about is exciting and fun. Khloé Kardashian was on camera for a large part of her relationship drama with Tristan Thompson. Kourtney Kardashian’s ex, Scott Disick, has opened up about his mental health and alcohol addiction through the years. And most recently, Kanye West’s bipolar disorder has caused fans to question his relationship with the famous family.
Khloé Kardashian just posted a motivational quote about the year
Khloé’s Instagram stories often offer motivation to her followers. And she knows better than anyone that no one can predict the future. Khloé went through a lot after her ex-husband, Lamar Odom, became involved with drugs; the two later divorced. She started dating Tristan Thompson, and not long into their relationship, she learned she was pregnant. Tristan cheated on Khloé twice, and the two have had an up and down relationship.
“I thought 2020 would be the year I get everything I want. Now I know 2020 is the year I appreciate everything I have,” she wrote. The quote, originally published by Melody Godfred, can be applied to most people’s lives; a lot has happened this year that wasn’t planned, especially in the Kardashian-Jenner family.
Kim Kardashian West recently spoke out about Kanye West’s mental health
Khloé posted the quote in the wake of Kanye West’s recent tweets, which hinted at trouble between him and the family. Kanye has previously been open about having bipolar disorder, and when Kim Kardashian West addressed Kanye’s actions on her Instagram story, she attributed them to his mental health.
“I understand Kanye is subject to criticism because he is a public figure… He is a brilliant but complicated person,” Kim wrote. “Living with bipolar disorder does not diminish or invalidate his dreams or his creative ideas.”
It’s unclear if Khloé’s Instagram quote had anything to do with her sister and brother-in-law’s situation, but it was one that seemed it could be applied to it — and many other situations that have unfolded throughout this taxing year.
