Khloé Kardashian Fans Accuse Tristan Thompson of Being a Clout Chaser
November 10, 2019, was a big night for Khloé Kardashian, and Tristan Thompson certainly made sure to show his support. Yesterday, Kardashian took home not one but two People’s Choice Awards for her work as a reality TV star. Not only did she take home a shared award for Best Reality Show for Keeping Up with the Kardashians, but she also nabbed a solo award for Best Reality TV Star for her work on Revenge Body. But despite her wins, there seems to be a lot of drama and negative attention and drama surrounding Kardashian today.
The trouble started when fans of Kardashian made their ire known that she failed to speak when accepting her awards. The awards were announced at the same time, and fans were peeved that she didn’t make a speech. “B*tch we ain’t voting next year if you just gon stand up there and not say sh*t,” one outraged fan tweeted. After spotting the drama, Kardashian quickly took to her Twitter page to clear up the error.

“It’s so beyond loud in there. I had no idea I won an individual award until we walked offstage. I feel so badly right now. I am so fu*king grateful and appreciative! I can’t believe I didn’t say anything but I didn’t hear that I won until after,” the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star explained via Twitter. Unfortunately, for Kardashian, the drama about her PCA wins had just begun.
Tristan Thompson praises his baby mama on Instagram
On November 11, 2019, Kardashian’s ex-boyfriend, and father to her daughter, True, took to his Instagram page to show his support for his baby mama. “Wow wow wow @khloekardashian Congrats Momma Koko on winning best reality star 2019, that’s two years in a row. Two-time champ. I love the sound of that. So proud of all you have accomplished this year. Revenge body is something that always stands out to me, you challenge people to fight for a better YOU. It’s more about what in life really gives us true happiness and is holding us back from achieving that. True and I [sic] are so proud of you and the sisters for everything last night. Y’all are truly role models to our younger generation. Keep leading with love and happiness. You go girl!!! *martin voice*,” Thompson penned underneath a photo of Kardashian.
Fans drag Thompson for praising Kardashian
Instantly, Kardashian fans began expressing disgust by Thompson’s behavior. The basketball player has been famously trying to win Kardashian back after he cheated on her multiple times. Of course, the final straw for Kardashian was when he hit on Kylie Jenner’s former best friend, Jordyn Woods. Fans began to drag Thompson for consistently inserting himself back in the reality star’s life when she was finally happy and gaining more and more success.
Kardashian fans think Thompson is a clout chaser
While some of Thompson’s fans came to his defense, saying he was only being supportive of the mother of his child, Kardashian fans were not convinced. They pointed out that Thompson had more than one baby mama and he only ever posted about Kardashian because he is a clout chaser. “Da*n what about your other baby mama? You don’t ever say anything nice about her. You just doing all this for clout, my dude,” one person wrote on Instagram, convinced that Thompson is only trying to win Kardashian back for an increase in fame and opportunities.
“Nah this clout chaser broke the girl’s heart not once but twice don’t even let him do it for a third! Once a rat always a rat,” another person commented on Thompson’s post. “The real clout chase,” a Kardashian fan wrote penned. “Leave her tf alone already. If it’s not about your daughter leave her alone. You are so d*mn thirsty for clout. You only want her back cause you know she’s doing just fine without being with you,” another person shared. As Thompson has his own career, we’re not sure he’s making these posts for clout. But, it does seem like he’s doing a lot to attempt to win Kardashian back. Only time will tell if it works out for them.
