The actress has high-profile projects on deck

Comer has one big project that is in pre-production and another that is in post-production and will be released soon. Free Guy, an action-comedy that also stars Ryan Reynolds, Joe Keery, Lil Rel Howery, Utkarsh Ambudkar, and Camille Kostek is set for release in June 2020.

She is also attached to star in the Ridley Scott film, The Last Fall. In that film, she would star with Adam Driver, Ben Affleck, and Matt Damon. Affleck and Damon are also writing the script for the project. Comer was once said to be starring in the Murder on the Orient Express sequel, Death on the Nile, with Annette Benning, Gal Gadot, Armie Hammer, Letitia Wright, and Sophie Okonedo. She was no longer attached in later reports about the film, which is now in post-production.
