Kim Kardashian’s Kids Played a Disturbing Prank on Kanye West: Why He Didn’t Think It Was Funny
Kim Kardashian and her kids played a pretty dark prank on Kanye West and he wasn’t impressed. Kardashian shared the details of the plan that North and Saint hatched for their April Fool’s Day prank and while it didn’t win over their dad, their mom managed to find the bright side of the situation.
North and Saint come up with an epic prank
Kardashian’s kids may be young — North is 5 and Saint is 3 — but that doesn’t mean they aren’t crazy creative. Little Chicago is only 1, so she wasn’t in on the prank, but something tells us it’s only a matter of time before she joins forces with her siblings.
Kardashian told ELLE how the whole thing unfolded, saying that her two older kids are “starting to get closer now that [North] can include him in her jokes.” She continued: “She roped him into an April Fools’ prank yesterday that was ridiculous.”
Kardashian explained the murdery prank, sharing: “She took ketchup into my bathroom, and she begged me to let her spread it on me, and on the bathroom, as if it was like a bad scary movie. Then she asked me to lie down.”
She continued: “I thought she was just playing, maybe that she was going to say I was hurt. No. She taught Saint how to fake cry — she showed him how to do it! — and then she told him to scream, ‘Mommy’s dead!’”
Kanye West didn’t appreciate their creativity
While the prank was a little morbid, Kardashian played along and West came to check things out. Kardashian recalled: “Kanye ran upstairs and he was like, ‘Kids, this is not funny. This is not a good prank.’ I completely understand and I agree.”
Despite the joke not going over well with West, Kardashian did feel a bit of pride in her kids’ teamwork, noting: “It did make me a little impressed that they planned something together, and they were getting along and having fun as a team.”
That’s one way to look at it.
Kardashian recently was mom-shamed for allowing North to wear makeup
While Kardashian is no stranger to criticism for many of her decisions, she was recently mom-shamed for letting North wear lipstick to a church service. When she shared
One commenter wrote: “She is still a child. Her face is beautiful without the makeup. She is dressed as a teenager would be. That dress is not appropriate for a Sunday Baptist’s service.”
Another person wondered: “She’s adorable but why is she wearing lipstick to church? She’s too young for makeup in public.”
Not everyone was on the attack, however, as some commenters supported Kardashian and completely understood why allowing her daughter to wear makeup isn’t that big of a dea. One person noted: “Kim doesn’t let North wear lipstick so she can look older or letting her grow up too quick. She’s letting her daughter be herself. If North wants to wear neon purple lipstick or dark red lipstick, she’s letting her have fun. Mind ya business and your own kids.”
