‘KUWTK’: Did Khloé Kardashian Have Coronavirus?
Kanye West isn’t the only member of the Kardashian family to have caught the coronavirus. In a new clip from the upcoming episode of Keeping Up with the Kardashians, Khloé Kardashian confirms she had coronavirus earlier this year.
When did Khloé Kardashian have coronavirus?
In the clip from the episode airing Thursday, Oct. 29, Kim Kardashian says Khloé was feeling ill. Early trailers for this season hinted the show would reveal Khloé’s COVID-19 status, and that appears to be happening in the upcoming episode.
“We’re just anxiously awaiting the results for Khloé to see if she has it or not,” Kim says in the confessional. She then adds that she was sure her sister had caught coronavirus.
“I mean, my gut tells me she does, just because she’s so sick,” Kim says. “And that really scares me for her, ’cause I can tell that she’s now getting scared and that she’s really nervous about it.”
A clearly worried Kris Jenner then chimed in saying she “jumped on the phone with every doctor who would take [her] call” in response to Khloé’s being sick. The mother of six says she was “trying to find somebody that could help her.”
Finally, Khloé appears and reveals her diagnosis.
“Just found out that I do have corona,” the 36-year-old shares.
How sick was Khloé Kardashian when she had coronavirus?
True Thompson’s mom then describes how she was feeling.
“I have been in my room,” she says. “It’s gonna be fine, but it was really bad for a couple days. Vomiting, and shaking, and hot, and then cold.”
The bedridden Good American founder then adds of her symptoms, “I suffer from migraines, but this was the craziest headache. I wouldn’t say it was a migraine. The coughing, my chest would burn when I would cough.”
The reality star’s voice is notably raspy and exhausted in the video, and she addresses that fact.
“My throat is still not fully recovered, clearly,” she says to the camera. But let me tell you, that sh*t is real. But, we’re all gonna get through this. Pray, and if we follow orders and listen, we’re all gonna be OK. May God bless us all.”
Khloé and her rapper brother-in-law have both seemingly recovered from coronavirus.
Kim Kardarshian confirmed Kanye West had coronavirus in March
Kim opened up about the “scary” experience of caring for her husband when he was sick in March, back when Americans didn’t know much about how to combat the virus.
“It was so scary and unknown,” she told Grazia. “I had my four babies and no one else in the house to help.”
“I had to go and change his sheets and help him get out of bed when he wasn’t feeling good,” she continued. “It was a challenge because it was so unknown. Changing his sheets with gloves and a face shield was really a scary time.”
The pandemic has, indeed, been a scary time. Fans will have to check out the Oct. 29 episode to see how Khloé coped with the illness.
