Kardashian West is determined to be a lawyer and is willing to give up a few things to make that happen, especially Keeping Up With The Kardashians.

She plans on giving up being Kim K. to focus on her law career

It’s been a few weeks since Kim Kardashian West announced she was in the process of becoming a lawyer.

Even though some didn’t take her seriously at first, Kardashian has explained her decision in detail on many occasions.

During a recent episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians, the reality star opened up about her four-year law apprenticeship and also her plans to further her career after taking the bar exam.

“It’s kind of crazy because I’m learning it all as I go,” she admitted. “I spend more time on this than I do anything else. It’s insane but it’s so fun to be around people that are super smart and get it and want the same thing.”

Kim also shared how her father being a criminal lawyer persuader her to follow in his footsteps.

“I told my dad years ago that I was really into criminal justice and he was like, ‘This will stress you out so much, you do not really want to take this on,’ ” she recalled. “I think now having gotten so deep in helping Alice [Marie Johnson], I’m really motivated to get to know the law more and fight for people who deserve a second chance like her.”

Since successfully petitioning to President Donald Trump to reduce the life sentence of Alice Marie Johnson, Kim Kardashian is focusing all of her energy on prison reform.

Though she currently has to balance her law studies and career as a reality star, Kardashian West has plans to give up on her famous lifestyle in the next few years.

“My dad always taught me that hard work is really important and to really commit to things, so my goal would be in like, 10 years, to give up being Kim K and just focus on this and be an attorney and fight for so many deserving people,” Kim said.

Will KUWTK come to end?

Kim Kardashian West currently has a full schedule studying 18 hours a week, taking care of three kids with a fourth baby on the way, and filming episodes for her family’s show.

Once the reality star passes the bar exam and becomes a full-time lawyer, there is no telling how the future of Keeping Up With The Kardashians will look.

“I’m dealing with my three kids, I’m dealing with my career, the fourth baby coming and the stress of law school,” she said. “Just because you do an apprenticeship does not mean that it’s anything less — I mean, you have to put in 18 hours a week. It is a full commitment. I won’t have time for events, for favors, for friends, for literally anything, for four years.”

Many are assuming Kim will just quit the show and let her family continue filming episodes.

Though that could certainly happen, some are definite KUWTK will come to an end if Kim Kardashian is no longer part of it.

She is the main reason the show was picked up by E! back in 2007 and has been at the center of the show’s success over the past 12 years.

If Kardashian gives up her career as a reality star to focus on law, Keeping Up With The Kardashians could lose its value.

No one is too sure when the show will actually come to an end, but many of us are certain that once Kim leaves, there won’t be a point for it to continue.
