It’s been just over a month since ish hit the fan with the Tristan Thompson/ Jordyn Woods scandal. Though Woods appeared on Jada Pinkett Smith’s Red Table Talk— coming clean about her role in the incident –the Kardashian/Jenners aren’t about to let the drama die down anytime soon. Woods has moved on –literally, moving out of her former best friend Kylie Jenner’s home and focusing on her business dealings overseas. However, we’re about to watch everything air out once more when Season 16 of Keeping Up With the Kardashian premieres.

The trailer for the new season of Keeping Up With the Kardashians just premiered, and considering the overly dramatic clips and foolery –fans are convinced that the entire cheating scandal was just a publicity stunt. In fact–Kylie Jenner who seems caught in between her former best friend and her big sister refuses to even talk about the situation.

Kylie Jenner doesn’t want to be involved with the Jordyn Woods/Khloé Kardashian scandal

When the news broke that Jordyn Woods has allegedly hooked up with Tristan Thomspn, Khloé Kardashian blew a gasket. She blamed the entire incident on Woods (even though the NBA player kissed her) and she accuses the curve model of ruining her family –even though Thompson is a known cheater.

Though Woods tried to apologize for her role, Kardashian wasn’t having it which essentially forced her little sister Kylie Jenner to choose between their sisterhood and her friendship with Woods. At the time, Jenner was so devastated that she had to stop filming KUWTK. A source told US Weekly,

Kylie doesn’t want to get involved with the Jordyn thing. She doesn’t really want to talk about it. Kylie took a little break from filming Keeping Up With the Kardashians and recently got back into filming, It’s been a struggle and difficult. She was very upset about the situation with Jordyn and also just didn’t want to deal with it and have to address it.

Was the Jordyn Woods drama a massive PR stunt for Keeping Up With the Kardashians?

The Kardashian /Jenner clan have been accused of creating drama for ratings in the past. Therefore, it seems more and more likely that some aspects of the Jordyn Woods/Tristan Thompson scandal could have been orchestration. After all, it seems like Kardashian and Thompson weren’t even together when this whole thing went down.

A source told People that the two hadn’t lived together since the fall. The insider explained that their relationship “never really went back to normal” after Thompson was caught with a slew of women during Kardashian’s pregnancy.

Fans are also noting the melodrama from the trailer, especially after Khloé was seen bellowing “LIAR!” into her phone. One Twitter user said, “So y’all want me to believe that this is Khloe’s real reaction to the situation and not the performance she put on when the cameras started rolling????? #KUWTK”

Will Kylie Jenner and Jordyn Woods ever be friends again?

Fictional or not, we’re sure people will still tune in for Season 16 of Keeping Up with the Kardashians. For now –both Jordyn Woods and Kylie Jenner are trying to distance themselves from the situation. A source told US Weekly,

[Jordyn is] obviously mortified by the trailer, and her mom is upset about it too, but they expected it. It’s still difficult to relive, and Jordyn is glad to be out of L.A. while everyone is talking about it. It’s humiliating, and she is still haunted by it. She’s trying to look fabulous on social media, but it’s still a lot for any person to deal with.

For her part –Jenner is simply focusing on herself. An insider told US Weekly, “[She’s] focused on [daughter Stormi Webster] and her work.” Maybe in the future, these two can hash it out –and hopefully, they can do it without the camera’s rolling.
