Kylie Jenner Reveals Her Favorite Cheat Meal and Surprisingly Low-key Workout, Admits She’s a Big Snacker
Kylie Jenner shared an inside look at some of her favorite foods in a video for Harper’s Bazaar called Food Diaries. In addition to healthy eating, Jenner dished on her favorite cheat meal and some of her favorite things to snack on that aren’t so healthy. She also revealed that she doesn’t work out quite the way fans thought, using a much more low-key approach to fitness.
Jenner shared her favorite cheat meal
Though she starts her day in a healthy way, with bone broth and freshly juiced celery or perhaps a peach tea or vanilla iced latte with oat milk, she also indulges in plenty of less healthy options.
She admits she’s “a big snacker,” rattling off some salty and crunchy treats like Barbecue Lay’s chips, Chili Cheese Fritos, and Xtra Cheddar Goldfish.
Then there’s her favorite cheat meal: an In-N-Out double cheeseburger with special sauce and grilled onions, well-done fries, and a coke. She shared that when she was pregnant with Stormi she ate there “at least once a week,” noting that “it was a problem.”
In her February 2017 video “To Our Daughter” that shared details of her pregnancy after keeping it under wraps, Jenner talked about how eating at the fast food restaurant was a no-no, but she had to have it.
She explained, “It’s just In-N-Out these days literally tastes like… it’s the best I’ve ever had.”
Her doctor addressed the food choice, noting: “Can I tell you something? Never eat In-N-Out.”
Later in the video, she explained what was on her plate: “Two burgers, one for me, one for the baby. And two different fries. ‘Cause I like regular fries and she really likes sweet potato fries.”
Jenner has the perfect hack to control cravings
While some self-control is all well and good, Jenner explained the unique way she keeps her cravings from spiraling — and it has everything to do with being a little bit lazy.
She explained in the video that she locks herself in her bedroom at night and has only an apple as a snack option. “I turn on my TV, I get really comfortable, and I pre-slice an apple by my bed,” she noted. “Since I’m really comfortable I’ll be too lazy probably to go down to the kitchen, so my only choice is this apple. So that is how I swerve my late-night cravings.”
Her workout routine isn’t what you’d expect
Jenner also let fans in on a little secret about how she stays in shape — and it has nothing to do with the gym.
“I never find myself in a gym,” the beauty mogul shared. “I find myself on the floor of my bedroom, looking up on like, Google or Pinterest, workouts — and doing abs, lunges, squats. All that good stuff.”
Her fans were surprised by her workout method and many shared their comments on the YouTube video, with one writing: “I can’t afford the gym and I Google workouts. Thanks Kylie for making me feel a lot less poor.”
Another fan shared: “I’m so happy I’m not the only one who workouts at home with online videos lol.”
Some fans couldn’t believe it, with one commenter noting: “Am I the only one who cannot imagine Kylie Jenner doing regular home workouts in her bedroom?? Like u do not stay in shape like that by doing home workouts.”
