It’s only been a few months since Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth broke up, but she hasn’t wasted any time moving on. She quickly started seeing Kaitlynn Carter, whom she dated for a month before calling it quits in mid-September, and she’s since moved on to Cody Simpson.
Throughout it all, she’s repeatedly been dissing her ex. But Hemsworth has stayed pretty quiet. However, sources just opened up about how the Hunger Games actor feels about Cyrus’ antics and her latest flings, and they say that he’s really unbothered.
A recap of Cyrus’ apparent disses toward Hemsworth
Just days ago, on Oct. 20, she got on Instagram Live with Simpson and suggested that all of her exes were evil.
“There are good men out there, guys, don’t give up. You don’t have to be gay, there are good people with d*cks out there, you’ve just got to find them,” she explained. “You’ve got to find a d*ck that’s not a d*ck, you know? I always thought I had to be
And Simpson has been equally shady. On Oct. 22, he appeared on a radio show and said that Cyrus hadn’t experienced romance until they began dating. “I’m very, very, very romantic,” the singer said on the Kyle & Jackie O Show. “I don’t think she [Miley]…she’d talked about how she hadn’t had that kind of
Hemsworth is unbothered
A source told E! News on Oct. 21 that Hemsworth “doesn’t have a reaction or plan on engaging with Miley” at this time. The source noted that the actor has not been “seeking out updates on [Miley] and what she’s gotten up to. He doesn’t want to hear about it and usually doesn’t.”
“Nothing is really a surprise at this point,” the insider continued. “He’s leaving it all in the past and is in a different place now. He is busy on set and working. That’s his focus now and what he is going to keep doing.”
Who could blame him? After all, it’s been more than three months since Cyrus’ representative confirmed on Aug. 10 that they had split up. In addition to that, Hemsworth has moved on himself. He’s reportedly dating Dynasty actress, Maddison Brown.
Once Hemsworth and Cyrus’ divorce settlement is finalized, they’ll both be able to move on for good.
Sources told The Blast on Aug. 30 that it will be finished by Oct. 31. Cyrus and Hemsworth, who married in December of 2018 following a nearly 10-year relationship, have a prenuptial agreement, which makes the split easy.
The insider noted that the talks surrounding the divorce were “amicable” and that their respective lawyers were handling all the paperwork.
We would love to see them at least have a cordial relationship, but it doesn’t seem like that’s going to happen any time soon. Oh well.
