‘LPBW’: A Fan Just Told Matt Roloff to Reach Out to the Duggars for Help
The last season of Little People, Big World may be behind us, but fans are still keeping up with the Roloffs thanks to social media. And Matt Roloff has been getting more attention than ever before. While ex-wife Amy Roloff exposed some harsh truths about Matt and his girlfriend, Caryn Chandler, in her recent memoir, fans have flocked to Matt’s Instagram to see what he’s up to now. And we’re all waiting to see what he does with Roloff Farms now that Amy has sold him her half of the property, too.
From trips to Arizona to hanging out with his kids and grandkids, Matt’s life seems relatively relaxed these days. And it turns out he’s making something special on the farm for his grandchildren to play on Here’s what Matt’s up to — and why one of his followers is telling him he should reach out to one member of the infamous Duggar family for assistance.
Matt Roloff recently posted about creating something fun for his grandson, Jackson, on the farm
Matt Roloff is all about bonding with his grandchildren these days — and since both Tori and Audrey Roloff are pregnant, he has two more little ones on the way. Currently, however, he seems to have a special bond with Zach’s son, Jackson. Jackson has achondroplasia, which is the same type of dwarfism as Zach and Amy. And while he’s just 2 years old and has seemingly not been held back too much by his condition, Matt wants to make sure the little boy has something special to play on at the farm.
“Remember when @toriroloff wrote a post about taking Jackson to the county fair and he didn’t meet the height requirements .. so he had to watch the taller kids his age get to ride while he stood there and just watched [sic],” Matt captioned this Instagram post of a playhouse designed to look like an airplane. “Well now…Phase one is complete and bringing the project back to the farm to put into place. … It’s an airplane … Shhh. Don’t tell Jackson yet.. but grandpa is making absolutely sure he can access every single part of this new play structure [sic].”
Matt also just issued a ‘call for help’ on his Instagram
After Matt’s initial post about the plane structure, he’s issued a “call for help” with the project on another post. We know Matt is quite the craftsman, and it appears the playhouse is nearly finished in its construction. But even so, Matt asked his followers for help in making the plane even more “fancy” with “lots of gauges and switched and leavers.”
“Important call for help. If anyone out there in aviation land has ideas / or access to parts / accessories for airplanes. Specifically Windows, cockpit panels, tires, wings, controls panels landing gear etc etc. or if you know someone connected in the aviation salvage business… please DM me [sic],” he captioned the photo of the structure. And so far, it seems Matt’s followers are giving him rave reviews. “What an amazing play structure, I want one and I am not even a kid!” one of his fans commented.
One follower recommended he get in touch with John-David Duggar
Some of Matt’s followers had a few suggestions for the structure, but it seems some believe John-David Duggar would be particularly helpful. In Touch Weekly reminds us Duggar is known as the “pilot” of the family, as he was the first to get his certification. And he frequently posts about his love for planes on Instagram, too.
As for the fan suggestion to Matt, the follower commented, “Reach out to John Duggar (pilot who owns a plane and member of 19 Kids and Counting). They are a wonderful Family and might be able to supply you with some parts. Good Luck…What a great project [sic].” To that, a few others tagged Duggar in the post, as they thought it was a great idea and could certainly give Matt new insight for the structure. Considering the Duggars and the Roloffs are all TLC stars, there’s no doubt they’ve crossed paths before. And we’d all love to see them rally for a sweet project involving Jackson, too.
