Meghan Markle Will Give Birth Any Day Now and Royal Fans Are Freaking Out
Royal babies are always a big deal. But in the case of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s impending birth, it seems like everyone is more on edge than usual. That’s why royal fans are in an absolute frenzy over when the Baby Sussex will arrive and, more importantly, when his or her first picture and details will be shared with the public.
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are breaking tradition by choosing to forgo the iconic first photo outside the Lindo Wing right after the birth. Instead, Kensington Palace announced that the couple was planning to give birth privately and share the news when they’re ready. This plan is part of the reason for the excitement.
Since we don’t know Meghan Markle’s due date, where she’s giving birth, or how long she’s planning to keep the baby a secret, it’s making everyone speculate over all these private details even more.
The royal family gave fans a ‘tease’ when they shared a baby photo recently
Since everyone is assuming Baby Sussex will be born any day now, they’re all keeping a close eye on the royal family’s social media accounts, hoping to see a baby photo pop up. That’s why fans were so annoyed when the royal family Instagram showed a photo of Sophie, Countess of Wessex, smiling at a newborn baby.
It wasn’t THAT baby, of course, but was rather photos from the Countess visiting a hospital in India. Millions of followers of the account were absolutely panicked for one second, thinking they were viewing those coveted first photos of the new royal baby.
Some of the comments said things like, “YALL CANT BE POSTING THIS STUFF WHEN A ROYAL BABY IS DUE MADE ME SCREAM OUT LOUD,” and “Cute baby, not the one we all are waiting for.”
It’s all proof that people are not being patient. The anxiety is making them edgy and irritated as they await news of the royal baby.
When will Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s baby arrive?
While some people are convinced that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex already had their baby and are just keeping the little one tucked away at Frogmore Cottage, that seems very unlikely. As recently as last week, Prince Harry was seen making royal appearances.
Then there was the comment Prince William made when asked about the impending arrival of his new niece or nephew. Fans asked, “Any sign of the royal baby?” and the Duke of Cambridge replied, “I haven’t got my phone on me, I have no idea. You guys will find out before I do at this rate!”
A few days after that, Prince Harry and Kate Middleton were seen at Westminster Abbey at a service of commemoration for Anzac Day. Most fans believe Prince Harry will take paternity leave once the baby is born.
Where will the photos of Baby Sussex be posted?
Prince Harry and Meghan Markle recently split from Kensington Palace, creating their own Instagram account. It’s clear the pair isn’t afraid to blaze their own trail and do things differently. That’s why it’s not beyond the realm of possibility to imagine the pair will post a photo on Instagram to share the news. Hey, it is 2019!
But then again, they’re likely to care what the Queen thinks about their announcement, which is why they could opt for a more traditional way of conveying the news.
No matter what they choose, the world will most likely know in a few days. So exciting!
