Meghan Markle’s Biggest Dating Regret is Likely Her Relationship With This One Notorious Man

Although we couldn’t imagine that Meghan Markle would end up spending forever with anyone other than Prince Harry, just like anyone, there are some other people in her past. We all know that the Duchess of Sussex was married to producer Trevor Engelson for a few years, with the union eventually ending in divorce.

In fact, Prince Harry even had a few serious girlfriends in the past, having dated Cressida Bonas and Chelsy Davy, both of whom he stayed on good terms with and invited to the royal wedding. Luckily, everything worked out for the best, and Duchess Meghan and Prince Harry eventually found their way to each other and are now happily married with an adorable baby son: Archie Harrison.

Yet, there is one person in Duchess Meghan’s past that she probably wishes she could forget. Let’s discuss how Markle‘s biggest dating regret is likely her relationship with this one notorious man.

Before she was living in a 10-bedroom home on the grounds of Windsor Castle and riding around in horse-drawn carriages, Duchess Meghan was married to producer Trevor Engelson. Markle and Engelson tied the knot in 2011 in Jamaica.

The Sun reports Engelson and Markle had been dating since 2004. And even though they were together for a number of years before getting married, things sadly just didn’t go as planned.

Duchess Meghan was rising to fame in her role as Rachel Zane on the legal drama Suits, and her success was getting in the way of their relationship. She and Trevor were not able to spend nearly as much time together as they would have liked, and eventually, they drifted apart. Engelson is now married to Tracey Kurland.

Prince Harry’s past relationships

Duchess Meghan is not the only one with a complicated romantic past. Although he was known as a famous bachelor, over the years, Prince Harry had his fair share of love interests.

According to Town & Country, the prince seriously dated two women before meeting Markle, but he had some not-so-serious relationships as well. In 2003, Harry was linked to Natalie Pinkham, and although their romantic relationship didn’t last long, they are supposedly still friends to this day.

Who else has the Duke of Sussex been linked to? In 2009, he briefly dated a friend of sister-in-law Kate Middleton’s, named Astrid Harbord. It was a “blink or you’ll miss it” fling; however, as Prince Harry quickly went back to Davy not long after his encounter with Astrid.

In addition, he has reportedly dated English television presenter Caroline Flack, Norwegian rock star Camilla Romestrand, Florence Brudenell-Bruce, and the English singer Mollie King.

Meghan Markle and Prince Harry are now happily married, and while they are probably looking toward the future rather than the past, it is likely Duchess Meghan has a past relationship that she deeply regrets. So, who is it?

Many fans may not know that Duchess Meghan was romantically linked to none other than Piers Morgan, and it didn’t exactly end well, at least for him. According to She Knows, the British journalist is not Markle’s biggest fan after what supposedly happened. They went out on one date, and perhaps he was hoping for more, but he actually ended up being “ghosted” by Duchess Meghan.

Markle never called him back, and he hasn’t forgotten about it! In fact, he wants everyone to know, as most of what he says about Duchess Meghan is on the negative side.

Morgan is Markle’s biggest critic, having called her “hypocritical.” Some people even go as far as to say that he is obsessed with the Duchess of Sussex, and will bash her whenever the opportunity arises. Looks like Morgan’s feelings were hurt, and he hasn’t yet gotten over it.
