‘Million Dollar Listing’: Why Didn’t Josh Altman Attend BravoCon?

It seems like “every” Bravolebrity was at BravoCon, including the cast from both franchises of Million Dollar Listing.

In addition to Fredrik Eklund and Ryan Serhant, Tyler Whitman and Steve Gold made the New York cast almost complete. Luis D. Ortiz opted to spend time with his daughter in Puerto Rico, sharing a sweet photo of the baby busy playing with her toys.

Attending from Los Angeles included Josh Flagg and Tracy Tutor. The team of James Harris and David Parnes were not in attendance. But neither was one of the biggest Los Angeles franchise personalities, Josh Altman.

Family first for the Altmans

Altman has been a constant on the Los Angeles series since season three. He’s also been a big source of a considerable amount of drama on the show too. So why didn’t he decide to hit NYC with the rest of the cast?

HAPPY HALLOWEEN FROM THE ALTMAN’S!!!

A post shared by Josh Altman (@thejoshaltman) on

“Big shout out to all the amazing fans of @bravomilliondollarlisting  at #bravocon this weekend in NYC,” he shared along, with a photo with his wife Heather. “Soo sorry I missed everyone. Your emails and comments have been amazing. Love u all. Wish I could have been there but I missed spending time with Lexi and Ace from so much work lately. Family first! Have a blast! See you next year.”

Fans seemed to be pleased to learn that Altman chose family over work.
“That’s is so sweet, you came along way Josh, nice to see a happy family proud of you!” one person responded.

Another person wrote, “Progress! Thats so good to hear I’m sure they loved having you home. The wee ones are much more important than business or money but not always easy to pull back when you’re used to working constantly. You won’t regret it, kiddiewinks don’t stay small for long. Enjoy.”

The Altmans recently welcomed a new baby

Heather Altman was visibly pregnant when she appeared on a few episodes of Million Dollar Listing New York. On July 16, the couple became a family of four. Altman shared a photo with his new baby and wife shortly after delivery.

“ACE DAVID ALTMAN ♠️ born July 16th, 2019 at 5:42am,” he proudly announced. “He’s a healthy baby and mommy Heather is doing great. She was as always a champ throughout the long birth. As we like to say ‘Ace was a mover and a shaker’ from day one.

Altman revealed that the birth wasn’t easy. “Breached baby, we tried every trick in the book from acupuncture to chiropractic to inverted crazy pregnancy exercises to finally having a successful ECV, little Ace turned head down just in time. We’re so excited to have this little legend as part of our family and can’t wait to have Lexi meet her little brother. #AceDavidAltman#babyboy ♠️💙♠️💙 Big shout out to Dr. Tony Chin and the incredible staff at Cedars, nurse Ngozi and mid wife Margurita who made our experience amazing.” Since Ace made his arrival, the Altmans seem to be focusing on their children. The couple’s two-year-old daughter Lexi also seems to be enjoying her new role as the big sister.
