Fans of Power Book IV: Force have been hoping for more original characters to appear on the TV show for a while. The series finds Tommy Egan in Chicago after leaving New York and losing his best friend and business partner, James “Ghost” St. Patrick. But as Joseph Sikora said before, anyone can show up. More recently, he made a post on Instagram that led some to believe a major cameo or two will come before the Power Book IV: Force Season 1 finale.

Joseph Sikora’s Instagram post featured him with 2 original characters

The show is on hiatus until April 10. That means fans will, unfortunately, have to wait two weeks for more of one of Starz’s most popular series. Knowing the disappointment this would cause viewers, Sikora made a post apologizing for the long wait on Instagram. The post included a photo of Tommy with Ghost and Tariq St. Patrick and a mock conversation among them about the hiatus.

“So wait, you’re tell’n me there’s no POWER, Book IV: Force on this week?… the fan[s] are gonna be damn mad. Think Tommy… 🤦‍♂️!” said Omari Hardwick’s character Ghost. “Yeah, Uncle Tommy this might not be a good look,” added Michael Rainey Jr.’s Tariq.

“Ok, if you’re like Ghost and Tariq and are not happy about this bye week, I PROMISE the last two episodes are 🔥🔥,” Sikora added in the caption. He tagged Hardwick and Rainey in the post, along with the Instagram pages for Force and the original Power series.

Some fans thought he was secretly hinting at cameos by those characters

Some fans interpreted the post as meaning that either Ghost or Tariq — or both of them — would appear in a future episode. Fans took to the comment section to share their thoughts.

“What you saying, we get see Ghost?” one fan wondered.

“Soooo whyyy we looking at a picture of and tagging Tariq and Ghost? You tryna tell us something?” said another.

“We need this reunion!!! You guys are POWER!!!” wrote a third viewer.

“It’s only going to be fire if they bring back @omarihardwickofficial,” read another comment.

Joseph Sikora previously commented on the possibility of original character cameos in ‘Power Book IV: Force’

While Sikora did not address this latest round of speculation, when previously asked, he said characters from the original Power show could very well appear in Force.

“I think that there will be probably more and more crossovers as we go on,” he told Newsweek. “The more popular Tommy gets in Chicago, the more notoriety he has, and the more word spreads. We are in the information age, it’s almost impossible to hide. So anything can happen from within that universe. I’m excited to see what crossovers happen.”
