Prince Charles and Prince Harry’s relationship has blossomed over the years. It’s also well-known that Meghan thinks of the Prince of Wales as a second father and that he’s equally smitten with the American humanitarian.
In fact, despite Megixt and the shocking revelations in Omid Scobie and Carolyn Durand’s new book Finding Freedom, Prince Charles and Prince Harry remain very close.
Prince Charles knew Meghan Markle and Prince Harry would have some major issues within the British royal family

Prince Charles wants Prince Harry and Meghan Markle to be happy
Though royal tradition prevented him from speaking out on behalf of his son and daughter-in-law, nor could he trump the queen, Prince Charles wants the Sussexes to be happy.

Despite everything that has happened, Prince Harry is still very close to Prince Charles. He was devastated when the older prince was diagnosed with COVID-19.
“Since [Prince Harry’s] move to Los Angeles they have been in regular contact,” a source told The Sun. “Charles is not an avid user of texts but there are video and phone calls The book has never been a massive talking point between them and Charles is determined that it is not an obstacle.”
In fact, Prince Charles reportedly hopes that his son and daughter-in-law will return to royal life one day. “Charles knows what it is like to be conflicted within the royal household,” the insider continued. “Harry has always been his own man and will do what he thinks is right.”
For now, Prince Charles remains close, offering the Sussexes financial and emotional support.
