Prince Harry’s Schedule May Reveal When Meghan Markle Will Give Birth to Baby Sussex

Royal baby watch continues. The world is waiting for Meghan Markle, the Duchess of Sussex, to give birth to her first child, Baby Sussex, with Prince Harry, the Duke of Sussex. It’s been previously stated that Markle expected to give birth in late spring, then late April 2019. Today, Buckingham Palace announced a trip Prince Harry will make which provides a major clue about Markle’s exact due date, according to People.

Prince Harry will be traveling to the Netherlands

Buckingham Palace announced that the Duke of Sussex will travel to the Netherlands from May 8-9, 2019.

While in the Netherlands, Prince Harry will partake in a royal engagement in Amsterdam then go to The Hague to mark the one-year countdown to the Invictus Games, which are being held there in 2020.

The Invictus Games is no small event. The 2017 Invictus Games in Toronto consisted of more than 500 participants from 17 countries around the world who competed in 12 sports.

Prince Charles and Camilla, the Duchess of Cornwall will be traveling too

We can infer that Markle and Prince Harry will welcome their first child in the next few days because of Prince Harry’s schedule.

It’s also been suspected that Markle will give birth in the first few days of the month because of Prince Charles’ schedule as well as the schedule of his wife, Camilla, the Duchess of Cornwall, who must be anxiously awaiting the birth of their newest grandchild.

They are both set to spend three days in Germany starting on May 7, 2019. It’s to be expected that they would want to be close to home before the newest addition to their family is born and their schedule, along with Prince Harry’s, makes a strong case that Markle will give birth prior to May 7, 2019.

Schedule of Markle’s makeup artist may provide clues about birth

Daniel Martin, the makeup artist responsible for Markle’s wedding makeup look, announced in an April Instagram post that he’d be attending The Makeup Show in New York City on May 5, 2019, where he’d be making his “first ever main stage appearance.”

Martin who has been doing Markle’s makeup for more than a decade may have to be on hand for the first few days in May in case Markle needs his services. However, Markle’s been known to do her own makeup and nails, even her own styling for official engagements. Nevertheless, his schedule falls in the same timeline as dad-to-be Prince Harry as well as Prince Charles and Camilla, the Duchess of Cornwall.

Martin also attended Markle’s surprise New York City baby shower in Feb. 2019 along with her other celebrity friends such as actress Abigail Spencer, tennis player Serena Williams, and stylist Jessica Mulroney.

Markle’s mother already in London awaiting birth of Baby Sussex

Doria Ragland, Markle’s mother, traveled from her home in California to London to be with her daughter in the final days of her pregnancy. It’s been reported that Ragland will stay with Prince Harry and Markle — but not for too long — to get to know her new grandchild before returning back to the United States. “Doria should be here for the birth and will be staying,” a source told The Mirror. “But then she has to get back to her dogs and work.”
