Definitive Proof That ‘Fox & Friends’ is President Trump’s Favorite Show
Donald Trump has frequently taken aim at the media during his presidency. Whether it’s the “failing New York Times” or “fake news CNN,” there are few that escape the wrath of the president when reporting news that he deems to be unworthy. One news outlet that does seem to garner his favor, however, is Fox News.
Specifically, the president seems to be a big fan of Fox & Friends. Politico’s Matthew Gertz put together the many times that Fox & Friends proved to be Trump’s favorite show, and we’ve got the 10 best examples.
1. Trump tackles a Clinton aid
Fox & Friends did a segment in early January 2018 where they discussed a former aid to Hillary Clinton, Huma Abedin, and a report that she had forwarded classified passwords that fell into the hands of foreign agents.
Less than 90 minutes later, here is Trump’s tweet:
Crooked Hillary Clinton’s top aid, Huma Abedin, has been accused of disregarding basic security protocols. She put Classified Passwords into the hands of foreign agents. Remember sailors pictures on submarine? Jail! Deep State Justice Dept must finally act? Also on Comey & others

2. Trump digs into Russia and uranium
In October 2017, the show had a discussion on whether Hillary Clinton made a deal that sent a large portion of United States uranium to Russia. To date, fact checking websites have found this to be false.
But slightly over an hour later, President Trump was commenting on it. “Uranium deal to Russia, with Clinton help and Obama Administration knowledge, is the biggest story that Fake Media doesn’t want to follow!”

3. Trump talks NFL players kneeling
As they’re known to do, Fox & Friends brought on correspondent Tomi Lahren to give her thoughts on the NFL and players kneeling to protest police brutality and racial inequality.
Less than 45 minutes later, Trump tweets: “The NFL has decided that it will not force players to stand for the playing of our National Anthem. Total disrespect for our great country!”

4. Trump tweets about North Korea
When Fox & Friends ran a segment discussing the current relationship between North and South Korea on January 2nd, 2018, Trump was all over it with his Twitter commentary just three minutes later.
Sanctions and “other” pressures are beginning to have a big impact on North Korea. Soldiers are dangerously fleeing to South Korea. Rocket man now wants to talk to South Korea for first time. Perhaps that is good news, perhaps not — we will see!

5. All about respecting the flag
Once again, Fox News was talking about players kneeling during the national anthem. This time, it was to point out that some teams were struggling to fill their stadiums. This was a bit of hyperbole, because NFL ticket sales has been mostly consistent the last few years.
But Trump took less than 20 minutes to respond, writing, “At least 24 players kneeling this weekend at NFL stadiums that are now having a very hard time filling up. The American public is fed up with the disrespect the NFL is paying to our Country, our Flag and our National Anthem. Weak and out of control!”

6. No commercial airline deaths in 2017
Another one from January 2nd, 2018, relates to a note on Fox & Friends that there were zero deaths recorded by commercial airlines in 2017.
While that’s great, Trump was a bit too quick to try and take credit for it. “Since taking office I have been very strict on Commercial Aviation. Good news — it was just reported that there were Zero deaths in 2017, the best and safest year on record!”

7. An FBI agent removed
On Dec. 3, 2017, Fox & Friends chatted about an FBI agent, Peter Strzok, that was removed from Robert Mueller’s investigative team because of supposed favoritism toward. Hillary Clinton. In reality, this stems from some messages sent from this agent to another FBI agent during the 2016 presidential campaign that were aimed at mocking Trump — which could be seen as pro-Clinton.
Trump fired back: “Tainted (no, very dishonest?) FBI ‘agent’s role in the Clinton probe under review.’ Led Clinton Email probe. @foxandfriends Clinton money going to wife of another FBI agent in charge.”

8. Blaming the FBI and Democrats
In October 2017, Fox & Friends discussed two intelligence officials at a firm called Fusion GPS. This is the firm that put together the Russia dossier, and Congressman Devin Nunes wanted them to answer for their part in the process. The two plead the fifth, which is their constitutional right.
Their lawyer, Joshua Levy, maintained that the whole process was ludicrous. Trump followed up slightly over an hour later on Twitter, writing, “Workers of firm involved with the discredited and Fake Dossier take the 5th. Who paid for it, Russia, the FBI or the Dems (or all)?”

9. Happy birthday!
On Oct. 27, 2017, Fox & Friends took a moment to wish a happy 75th birthday to country singer Lee Greenwood. He’s known for the patriotic 1992 hit, “God Bless the U.S.A.”
Trump was right on it, although he didn’t get the right Lee Greenwood on Twitter. “Happy birthday to the great @leegreenwood83. You and your beautiful song have made such a different. MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!”

10. Mine is bigger
Finally, Trump got into a Twitter war with North Korean dictator Kim Jong-Un over which man had a larger hypothetical button on his desk. This, thanks to a revealing segment on the president’s favorite show just 12 minutes before he fired off his tweet.
North Korean Leader Kim Jong Un just stated that the “Nuclear Button is on his desk at all times.” Will someone from his depleted and food starved regime please inform him that I too have a Nuclear Button, but it is a much bigger & more powerful one than his, and my Button works!
