This season of The Real Housewives of Atlanta has been a winning one for model Eva Marcille. She finally got her peach and got married to her boyfriend Michael Sterling in a beautiful ceremony where many of the housewives were in attendance.
Though things seem to be looking up for the former America’s Next Top Model contestant, everything in her life isn’t all picture perfect.
Marcille recently opened up about her toxic relationship with former boyfriend, record producer Kevin McCall.
The two went their seperate ways in 2015, but as they have a daughter together, they cannot completeley be out of one another’s lives.
Because of the abusive nature of their relationship, Marcille says that she has taken out multiple restraining and protective orders against her ex-boyfriend.
“I still feel a sense of threat,” she said of her daughter’s father on Sunday night’s episode. “I have had to move five times, and I still feel a sense of uneasiness. He’s just so petty sometimes. I’ve walked outside of my balcony before and he’s been standing in the dark. And it is the scariest feeling ever.”
Because of this, Marcille tries not to stay in the same place for too long. She currently lives in more than one house to make it harder for him to find her.
“Every time I move, he finds me,” Marcille said. “Because of that, I live in multiple places. Safety is a priority for me.”
Marcille and McCall’s relationship
Marcille met McCall at a Chris Brown concert, but reportedly McCall was already interested in the model before they even met.
In 2015, he told Vlad TV that while he was watching America’s Next Top Model, he told a friend that he would one day impregnate Marcille.
McCall told the outlet that Marcille was actually the one to pursue him after they met. Shortly after the pair began dating, Marcille became pregnant with their daughter, Marley. Though it all happened very quickly, McCall said that the pregnancy was part of the plan.
“It was made out of love, you know what I mean,” he said. “Marley is a love child for sure. She’s not an accident and she has a beautiful mama.”
Since then, the love between the two has definitely faded and McCall has had a rocky relationship with his daughter.
In 2017, he deleted all pictures of Marley from his Instagram account, according to People. And to this day, he still has issues surrounding his involvement with the child.
“There’s no co-parenting, I’m the parent,” Marcille told People last year. “He’s not in my life, and he’s not in Marley’s life. I have full custody. Michael is Marley’s father. [Kevin] ain’t nothing but a memory.”
Last week, McCall blamed Marcille for the distance between him and his daughter.
“I’m sorry for
He continue calling Marcille out.
“@Evamarcille let’s put me on child support if you stick the script this time and don’t go back on your word, we can do this easily,” he continued. “Although I’ve been around willing and able to help 4 years now & you don’t speak on that! Time to heal babe it’s time to let go and let GOD.”
RHOA airs on Sunday at 8 p.m. on Bravo.
