Paul and Dorit Kemsley first put their RHOBH home on the market for $12.75 million

The couple first tried to get $12.75 million for their 6-bed and 7-bath property nicknamed the “Dawnridge.” Fans would certainly recognize the home since the couple was living in it while being on the show. The listing was first being handled by Kyle Richards’ husband, Mauricio Umansky.

They then tried to sell it on Million Dollar Listing: L.A. for $8.5 million

The reality stars tried to sell their home once again on Million Dollar Listing: L.A. There they met with realtors James Harris and David Parnes about the listing.

“It was way overpriced and as a result, it’s been sitting on the market for almost six months with nothing—no interest,” explained Parnes in the episode according to People.

There was an offer of $7.45 million for the listing, but Paul Kemsley had a hard number in mind for the property. “We will sell this house at $8.5 million,” he said. “That’s the price. Take it or leave it. I know what you’re doing. You’re trying to work me down and you’re wasting your time.”

He stayed strong in that which led to them not getting a deal in the end. But it seems like the two might have changed their minds since the show.

The property is now on Realtor.com for $7.9 million
