‘RHOBH’: Does Kyle Richards Want Lisa Vanderpump to Return?

Lisa Vanderpump and Kyle Richards from The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills were besties until season 9 of the show. The two housewives had a fallout after Richards accused Vanderpump of leaking Puppygate stories to the tabloids. The latter was so upset about the charges that she ended up quitting and refused to film with the rest of the cast. With a year behind them and season 10 in production, would Richards be cool with Vanderpump returning?

“You know what, I am always nostalgic when people ask [about] the original cast from season one,” Richards told Entertainment Tonight. “Of course, I’d love to have any of them back.”

The American Woman producer also revealed she had a run-in with Vanderpump recently. As they both attended BravoCon, chances were they would see each other again. Richards said she would not be rude to her former co-star.

“I would say, ‘Hi, how are you?’ I just bumped into her in Beverly Hills about a week and a half ago and I said, ‘Hi, how are you?'” However, Richards doesn’t think that Vanderpump would be nice back because when she was asked if things were cordial between them, she said, “It is on my end.”

Would Lisa Vanderpump consider returning to ‘RHOBH’?

Vanderpump was an original cast member of RHOBH and losing her was devastating to some fans. Although it had seemed she had closed the door for good on the show, she is not entirely closed off to making a comeback.

“You can never say never because I always said I’d never be on a reality show. So I don’t know,” Vanderpump told ET at BravoCon. “Andy did come [to] see me at the house the other day and we were having a joke about it. And he’s always saying to me [and] at some point I just say to him, ‘It’s not even up for discussion right now.'”

The entrepreneur said she is sad of not being part of the Housewives anymore, but it’s something she has had to surpass.

“Of course. It was very difficult for me, but I kind of put that experience in the same compartment in my life that was a very sad time,” Vanderpump — added. “So, the fact that I’ve come out of it and I’m on the other side of that now, even though it was compounded by losing my mother just three, four months ago. It was a difficult time in my life. So, I’m actually happy to have moved on and come out the other side because that year was brutal for me. I don’t want to go back there.”

Kyle Richards reacts to reports of a boring season

Vanderpump was a major personality on RHOBH and there have been reports that it’s been a boring season. At the Bravo convention, Richards took on the rumors and teased fans on what’s to come in season 10.

“We have a lot of stuff going on,” Richards told ET. “Obviously with all these women, two new cast members, like usual, not everyone gets along. Everyone has a different opinion about things, and it’s not just only drama. We also do have fun too. Great trips and exciting stuff going on, so it’s a little mix of everything. Never a dull moment in Beverly Hills.”

Richards also hinted at a possible Kris Jenner cameo. “Stay tuned…” she said. “I’m just saying, you’ll have to tune in this season and see for yourself.”
