Is ‘RHOBH’ Season 10 Boring? Erika Jayne Reacts to Rumors

Erika Jayne has been a fan favorite on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. Her pop star alter ego and bigger than life costumes have clicked with Bravo viewers. Season 10 of the reality series is the first one without Lisa Vanderpump and there have been reports there’s been no drama amongst the cast. Jayne is now reacting to the rumors the new season is boring.

“Here’s the thing, we’re not finished shooting,” she said while appearing on The Real. “We’re getting ready to go on our trip, you know how those things can go. And things are bubbling. Liking one another also makes it harder when you do have a disagreement because it’s honest. If I didn’t like someone and I said you know whatever, then I would walk away, but knowing that I care about these women, you know, it hurts when we go home.”

Jayne said that despite reports of there not being any conflict in season 10, there is. She also gave insight on the two new additions to the cast: Garcelle Beauvais and Sutton Stracke.

“I’m so happy. I love [Garcelle]. She’s direct, she’s fun, she’s smart, she’s bright. I enjoy her. And we also have another new housewife Sutton Stracke, she’s cool too but it’s nice to have the diversity,” Jayne added.

‘RHOBH’ producers bring in reinforcements

After reports emerged that the RHOBH cast was getting along too well, producers made the decision to call Camille Grammer back. The news surprised everyone as prior to the beginning of the season 10 production, Grammer had called out the production for not asking her back to the show.

“There was not a plan to bring back Camille Grammer to RHOBH until recently because things have been slow. All of the ladies are getting along, and they knew Camille would spice things up a bit, which the show needs right now. Plus, everyone is getting along,” a source told Hollywood Life.

Grammer is a perfect addition to the cast if producers wanted to stir up controversy, as last season she put everyone on edge. After Vanderpump’s exit, the cast turned on her for defending her and remaining in contact with her.

“It’s fair to say that the remaining ladies from last season are not looking forward to having to film with Camille. None of them have spoken to her since the reunion filmed. Things got really bad after that between the cast and Camille. Nobody is friends with her, so they feel she doesn’t really fit in naturally,” the insider also revealed.

So far, the addition seems to be working as Grammer has gotten under Brandi Glanville’s skin.

“It’s hilarious [that] Camille Grammer is so gangster and fearless on Twitter but the second she sees me in real life she tells everyone she’s afraid of me and hides from me the entire night,” Glanville tweeted. “Diamonds, drama, and cowards.”

It was not clear what Glanville was calling out Grammer for or if it’s part of a party that was filmed for the show.

“I didn’t tell anyone that I was afraid of you at the party. I’m perplexed,” Grammer replied.

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills is expected to return to Bravo the first months of 2020.
