‘RHOC’: Kelly Dodd Fires Back at Tamra Judge, Calls Her ‘Thirsty’ and ‘Mad’

Kelly Dodd from The Real Housewives of Orange County is not a housewife you want to mess with. The Bravo personality was poked by Tamra Judge and her response was as messy as you could’ve imagined. Dodd reacted to Judge’s statement calling for Bravo to fire the former over her racist comments from the past.

Why does Tamra Judge want Kelly Dodd fired?

Judge and Dodd have been at odds since RHOC Season 14 ended. The former was cut from season 15 and won’t be appearing in the new season. However, that has not stopped the CUT Fitness owner from getting a little messy with her former co-stars.

After Bravo made the decision to fire problematic cast members from Vanderpump Rules, fans have called on to fire other personalities. One name that has popped up is that of Dodd after a video from the past resurfaced. In the TMZ video, Dodd is heard saying that she doesn’t “like” or “know” any Black guys.

Many have perceived Dodd’s claims as racially charged. When a fan asked Judge during an Instagram Q&A session if she thought Dodd should be fired, she agreed.

“Yes, I do, that TMZ video is disgusting!” Judge answered. “Bravo shouldn’t just single certain people out like Stassi & Kristen. There should be zero tolerance at this point.”

At the time the video was released in 2016, Dodd apologized for the incident.

“I am truly embarrassed,” Dodd said at the time according to Us Weekly. “There is no excuse for bad behavior or comments that offend anyone. That video does not represent who I really am and I apologize for acting irresponsibly.”

Kelly Dodd strikes back

Dodd has a feisty personality and, just like Judge, is not afraid to voice her opinion. A RHOC fan asked Dodd what her thoughts were on Judge’s opinion about her.

“She’s just thirsty and made she got the bullet,” she replied on Instagram. “Grasping for straws poor thing. I hope she finds happiness.”

In the comments section, there were many fans defending Dodd’s statement about not knowing Black guys.

“I’m Black and I’m not mad at her, move on sisters,” a fan replied.

“That’s not racism,” another person commented. “That’s her stating she doesn’t know any Black guys she wants to date. Anything can be made to be racist if you put the right spin on it. Tamra should worry about her oldest son if she wants to cry about racism.”

Tamra Judge wants to join ‘RHONY’

After walking away from RHOC after 12 seasons, Judge is looking to conquer another city. During an appearance on Behind the Velvet Rope with David Yontef she said she would love to crossover to RHONY, the franchise based in the Big Apple. Her admiration for Leach McSweeney is what’s driving her decision in wanting to appear on that spin-off.

“I think I’d want to go to the [Real Housewives of New York City],” Judge said. “Leah [McSweeney] is on there now and I feel like we could have a lot of fun. I told her, ‘I am obsessed with you.’”

Judge also recently said that she would be returning to TV on a reality show with Vicki Gunvalson, the OG of RHOC.
