When Does ‘RHOD’ Season 4 Finale and Reunion Air on Bravo?

Season 4 of The Real Housewives of Dallas is coming to an end surrounded by controversy. The franchise based in the state of Texas has come under fire for LeeAnne Locken’s comments. Andy Cohen has already hinted those racial slurs will be addressed during the reunion. A preview for the season finale also shows the ladies tackling the sensitive issue.

Andy Cohen calls out LeeAnne Locken

Following the new episode of RHOD this week, Cohen aired a preview for next week’s season finale on Watch What Happens Live. The Bravo host called out Locken’s horrendous words and looked incredibly mad.

“On next week’s [RHOD] finale, LeeAnne is finally confronted for her vile, disgusting slurs against Mexicans, ugh take a look,” Cohen said.

Locken has had an issue with co-star Kary Brittingham, who is of Mexican descent. The freshman housewife has been at odds with Locken and the latter continues to call out her nationality in a derogatory way.

“I don’t care that you’re Mexican. I’ve slept with plenty of Mexicans, by the way. Hot f***ing lovers, okay? I sat in Julio Iglesias’ lap,” Locken then says during a confessional.

After the tease, Cohen corrected Locken noting that Iglesias is of Spanish descent, not from Mexico.

“I pointed that out at the reunion for the 90 minutes we talked about this and you will see all of it, unfortunately,” the Bravo host teased.

LeeAnne Locken has apologized

Following the uproar on social media, Locken issued a statement apologizing for her words.

“I am deeply sorry to those that I have hurt or offended with some of my comments on Real Housewives of Dallas season 4,” she wrote on Twitter. “It was never my intention to hurt anyone and I will use this as a learning experience to be more aware of my comments in the future. My commitment moving forward is to continue my work fighting for equality and acceptance of all humans.”

In a previous interview where Locken was confronted over her racial slurs, she denied being discriminatory.

“Everything I do in my life, anybody who knows me anywhere around the country knows that I believe in inclusion and equality, and I will fight and die for making that happen,” Locken told Entertainment Tonight. “I don’t know how you can have that label and an ‘ally’ label. And I tell you what, I love my ally label and I’ll never lose it.”

Locken was also asked if she would like to make changes in the cast and she completely agreed.

“Yeah, I hope a real good shakeup,” she added. “You know that tornado that came through my neighborhood? I hope it comes through the show, honey! We’re still trying to recover.”

When does ‘RHOD’ Season 4 end?

All the ladies from Dallas recently got together to film the special episodes where they all brought the glitz and glamour.

“We’re going for a sexy, smoky look,” Redmond told Bravo about her look. “I’m wearing pants today, so I might be the head bitch in charge.”

RHOD is set to air its season 4 finale on Wednesday, December 18 at 9 p.m. ET on Bravo. The first part of the reunion will air on January 1, 2020.
