‘RHOD’ Stephanie Hollman Shared the Valuable Lesson She Learned From Not Calling out LeeAnne Locken
During Real Housewives of Dallas Season 4, LeeAnne Locken made several offensive remarks regarding her co-star, Mexican native, Kary Brittingham. After receiving backlash online, Locken responded, explaining she is an “ally,” not a racist.
Fans also expressed their disappointment in housewives Stephanie Hollman and Kameron Westcott, who heard Locken’s comments and ignored them.
Hollman posted a video on her Instagram story apologizing to her viewers for not “doing what’s right” and shared the lesson she learned.
‘RHOD’ LeeAnne Locken and Kary Brittingham do not get along
Before joining the cast of Real Housewives of Dallas, Kary Brittingham knew Cary Deuber and D’Andra Simmons. Therefore, she already heard about the beef those two ladies had with Locken before ever meeting the former pageant beauty.
Brittingham attempted to get to know each other better during their trip to her home in Careyes, Mexico, but Locken’s complaining irritated the Mexican native.
Once they returned to Dallas, Locken had several bachelorette parties and her wedding but neglected to invite Brittingham to any of them. When the mother-of-four asked the other Housewives to enjoy drinks on the rooftop with her, Locken showed up, causing another showdown between the ladies.
All the women then went to Thailand, and Locken made offensive remarks towards Brittingham after a joke went wrong.

Locken recently launched her Infinity Dress, which reportedly can be worn 164 different ways, and Simmons bought two to “support” Locken. The business owner wore the Infinity Dress to dinner and repeatedly explained her difficulty figuring out how to wear the dress.
Brittingham also chimed in several times and advised Locken to include instructions. Brandi Redmond then stood up for Locken and told the two ladies to stop picking on the entrepreneur before Locken left the table.
Stephanie Hollman followed Locken out, and the Infinity Dressmaker aired her grievances regarding Brittingham, while continually bringing up her heritage. She also got upset with the mother-of-four for taking them to a “ping pong show” and then “running out 15 minutes later.”
Again, she referred to Brittingham only as “the Mexican” and called her a “chirpy Mexican.” Locken made the offensive remarks to Hollman and Kameron Westcott, both of who did not challenge her comments.
Additionally, in a confessional, Westcott said she would not tell Brittingham what Locken said because she wanted to have a peaceful time in Thailand.

Fans voiced their disappointment with the other Housewives for not stepping up to Locken online and even called for the 52-year-old’s dismissal from the show.
Hollman posted a video to her Instagram story shortly after Episode 14 aired and addressed the “messages and comments” from those “wanting a response.”
She said she has never felt more “uncomfortable and embarrassed,” and claimed that, for the first time, this hadn’t been a “fun season to be on.” She promised her viewers the comments would get addressed in the next episode, and they go more in-depth at the reunion where everyone does voice their opinion.
Hollman also apologized for letting her fans and self down but admitted she was “too scared and too shocked” to speak up in the moment. The Oklahoma-born housewife ended by explaining everything was a big lesson learning for her to always do what is right, no matter how it feels at the time.
