Tamra Judge From ‘RHOC’ Mocks Bethenny Frankel’s Reason For Quitting ‘RHONY’
Tamra Judge from The Real Housewives of Orange County is taking on Bethenny Frankel after quitting The Real Housewives of New York City. The Coto de Caza resident even mocked the reasons housewives give when they leave a Bravo show as being inauthentic.
Bethenny Frankel’ reason for quitting ‘RHONY’
As Season 12 of RHONY was to start production, Frankel announced she was exiting the show to focus on her daughter and other projects.
“I have decided to leave the ‘Housewives’ franchise to explore my next chapter,” Frankel said in a statement via Variety. “It’s time to move on and focus on my daughter, my philanthropy and my production partnership with Mark Burnett, producing and starring in shows which represent a shift in the conversation for women. With the changes in modern culture, I want to highlight the strength, confidence and unstoppable power that women have.”
The Skinnygirl founded also added: “My experience at Bravo has been an incredibly magical ride. I am so grateful to them for highlighting my entrepreneurialism and allowing me to pave the way for many women to achieve their goals. I am excited for my future. The best is yet to come.”
What did Tamra Judge say about Bethenny Frankel?
Judge seems to not have enough drama with her family and the RHOC ladies that she’s stirring the pot across the country. In an interview with The Daily Pop, the fitness queen slammed Frankel’s official reason for leaving the reality show.
“I hate when a housewife either gets fired or says she quits… When they go on record [and] say, ‘I just need to spend time with my kids,'” she told the E! show. “[I’m] just like, ‘Really? Because you weren’t spending time because we work three hours a day?’”
The RHOC star went on to mock the statements other housewives have given in the past: “I need to spend some quality time with my children. Or the drama is just too much for me, I can’t stand the toxic environment”.
Did Bethenny Frankel lie about her exit from ‘RHONY’?
Judge low-key shaded the reason Frankel gave for exiting the Bravo series implying there might’ve been other reasons she left.
After it was confirmed Frankel wasn’t coming back to the show there was a report revealing that the real reason was a contract dispute.
The entrepreneur was expected to return to RHONY for Season 12, but a source close to her revealed that she went into the negotiating table with “one foot out the door.”
“[Frankel] was confident there were options out there for her. She’s happy in her personal life with Paul Bernon,” the insider told Page Six.
So when Frankel met with Bravo executives she “threw out a huge number to see if [the network] would agree.” They ultimately didn’t agree to her terms and that’s when she announced she wouldn’t be coming back after doing 8 seasons.
Tamra Judge feuding with Brandi Glanville
Brandi Glanville and Judge are also feuding after the former called the RHOC ladies hypocrites.
“The moment you swear to not talk about a rumor you may have heard within [your] group, yet you know 100% [you’re] on f****ing camera, [you’re] a f****ing hypocritical a**hole,” the former RHOBH star tweeted.
Glanville was referring to the RHOC cast talking about a rumor involving Kelly Dodd and a sex train. After Judge and Shannon Beador promised not to talk about the topic, they were caught discussing the rumor in their car.
“Lots of people are questioning why the 4 of us would talk about something private on camera then say ‘this lies and dies here,'” Judge took to Instagram to explain. “The absolute truth is we were done filming, not mic’d and had a private conversation ([a lot] of it missing) between 4 friends.”
Judge added: “We had No idea our audio was being recorded, that’s why you don’t see our faces… Lets not forget Kelly knew she was being filmed when she yelled out the rumor about David & Eddie.”
After Judge received support from her fans on social media, she called Dodd, “the new Brandi.”
Glanville then posted the following message on Instagram and tagged Judge: “People think they want this problem ’til they get it.”
