Since their divorce in 2015, Messer has mentioned a couple of times that she and Calvert have been romantically involved.

Leah Messer and Jeremy Calvert still have chemistry

A month ago, a Teen Mom 2 episode aired in which Messer told her friend Kylie that she and Calvert had spent the night together when they were both in New York City for the Teen Mom 2 reunion.

“Jeremy showed up and we kind of hit it off at the reunion,” Messer told her friend.

“Did you guys hook up?” asked Kylie.

“No,” Messer replied. But later admitted that they did.

“We went out to the pub across the street, had a few drinks. And he was like, ‘You’re not going to your hotel tonight.’ And I thought, ‘Am I not going to my hotel room tonight?’” she said. “One thing led to another.”

Messer continued: “We just had a good time and I’m like, ‘Dang it.’ Now I’m wondering, ‘Is there more?’”

Leah Messer wanted Jeremy Calvert to come to Hawaii with her for some alone time

Then, on Tuesday’s episode of Teen Mom 2, Messer went on a trip to Hawaii with her three daughters.

In Hawaii, she spoke to her mom about how she hoped Calvert would be able to meet them there. She wanted to explore their relationship to see if there was still anything substantial there.

“I was thinking if he came out here we would go by ourselves for a while. Any time we’re around each other, we’re around the kids. I don’t want them to pick up on anything that I’m not certain about yet,” she said.

Messer continued: “We’ve been back and forth lately, and I don’t know where we stand. I want to see if the spark is still there.”

Messer’s mother asked her if she’d want to get back together with Calvert.

“My feelings could be more towards it if one of us makes a move, and I’m a little prideful so I’m not making any first moves,” she replied.

Later, Messer FaceTimed Calvert about him meeting her in Hawaii. He said he couldn’t come because of work.

“You would have had so much fun,” Messer told him. “It’s so nice too so you’re missing out. We could have had one-on-one time.”

“What the hell are we doing? We can’t be confusing forever, but at the same time, you wanna be careful, you know?” Messer added.

“Well when you get home we’ll grab dinner,” replied Calvert.

“So when we get dinner, it’s just gonna be me and you. No kids!” said Messer.

Do Messer and Calvert work things out? So far on this season of Teen Mom 2 it seems like they’re both at least willing to explore the possibility.
