‘Teen Mom’ Farrah Abraham Says She’s Emotionally Intelligent and Doesn’t Have Anger Issues
Some people might think former Teen Mom star Farrah Abraham lacks emotional depth, but the reality star says otherwise. In a recent YouTube video, Abraham shared her thoughts on work, life, and her emotional intelligence. Here’s what she shared in what she describes as a YouTube docu-comedy series.
Farrah Abraham says she’s not an angry person
Abraham has gotten into trouble with the law in the past, so she was required to attend anger management. However, in the fifth installment of her YouTube comedy series, Abraham says she’s not an angry person at all. Rather, she says her therapists told her the people who want her to attend anger management are the ones who need therapy:
I’m the one going to anger management, when I didn’t have the hate and anger outlash that the people did that put me there. My counselors and therapists are like, the real people who should really be in counseling are the ones who had you coming here to counseling with your issues and how they’re affecting you. Isn’t that just the funny, ironic way of life?
Farrah Abraham says she’s very emotionally intelligent
The former Teen Mom star has gotten a lot of criticism from people on social media who accuse her of not being intelligent and not being a good parent. Abraham feels differently. In her YouTube video she says she discovered that she actually has high emotional intelligence. She also said she should be allowed to express her anger instead of being labeled an angry person:
And I’ve noticed from going to my anger management courses that I’m actually very emotionally intelligent. I literally ranked higher than all my ex-boyfriends. And that’s when I was like, ‘Bye ex-boyfriends,’ who were also saying I needed anger management. You’re making me angry; I’m showing it. So, leave me alone.
Farrah Abraham says these are the people who really need anger management
During her video, Abraham identified the people she thinks really need help with managing their anger. According to her, the people who need assistance with keeping anger under control are the those who aren’t able to step away from upsetting situations. “I say real people who need anger management are the ones who are not smart enough to get away from the things that make them angry because it really teaches them to be more intelligent.”
