‘Teen Mom’: Farrah Abraham Reveals What She Wants in an Ideal Partner
Farrah Abraham might be a former reality star, but the Teen Mom alum has quite a bit in common with people her age who have never graced the small screen. As a single mom, she sometimes struggles with the many responsibilities that come along with raising her 10-year-old daughter, Sophia. She is also trying her best to break into a new career in acting and comedy. And just like plenty of people in their late 20’s, Abraham is looking for someone to share her life with. But just what does Abraham look for in an ideal partner?
Recently, Abraham was interviewed by Us Weekly alongside her daughter. Whilst there, she talked about expanding their family by potentially adopting a child in the future, how she’s explained her adult film career to her daughter, and what she’s looking for in her next partner. Surprisingly, the traits that Abraham listed were very wholesome and relatable. In fact, we’re sure most moms share Abraham’s biggest non-negotiable trait for her ideal partner to have.
Farrah Abraham reveals her ideal partner
“What am I looking for in a partner? I would say a partner who is well-rounded, loves my daughter and loves dogs. Just a good, fun, outgoing person. I’m sure all of us who are single, which there are so many of us, are looking for a great human being. But there’s very few,” the 28-year-old Teen Mom alum confessed. Abraham did manage to convey that she doesn’t think there are too many great humans out there which is pretty grim considering the billions of people around the globe. But, we can understand her pessimism in today’s day in age where dating can sometimes seem like a chore at best and impossible at worst.
The Teen Mom alum takes dating seriously
In the interview, Abraham also took the time to reflect on her past relationships. She confessed that she and previous partners have gone to therapy in order to make their relationships stronger. The former teen mom also shared her concerns that some men were only interested in her because of her status as a public figure. “When it comes to dating now, especially after all my therapy and relationship therapy, I’ve just seen some really nasty things in men. I definitely don’t need anyone dating me anymore because I’m famous or I’m a celebrity. I take that really serious now,” Abraham stated.
Abraham makes partners sign an NDA
In fact, the Teen Mom alum takes her celebrity status so seriously that she has potential partners sign a nondisclosure agreement before ever entering into a relationship with her. “I definitely know what I’m looking at now when it comes to personalities and behavior and human behavior. I don’t take any chances anymore. They sign NDA. They’re not allowed to call press or other people, be friends with reporters. I take it really serious,” the 28-year-old admitted.
Prioritizing her daughter
And Abraham isn’t only adamant about protecting herself. She also makes sure to protect her daughter in the process. In fact, Abraham hasn’t introduced her child to a man that she was dating in over two years. While we don’t support every choice that the Teen Mom alum makes, we’re definitely supportive of her protecting and prioritizing her daughter. We hope that this continues to be the case as Abraham continues the search for her ideal partner.
