‘The Bachelor’: Cassie Randolph Shares First Photo Since Restraining Order From Colton Underwood
The Bachelor star Cassie Randolph was granted a restraining order from lead Colton Underwood. In the court documents, the 25-year-old graduate student alleges that the 28-year-old former football player was “stalking and harassing her with unsettling text messages.”
Why did Cassie Randolph get a restraining order against Colton Underwood?
Colton Underwood and Cassie Randolph shared the news of their breakup on social media on May 29, 2020. Things seemed amicable at the time, but the two unexpectedly unfollowed each other on Instagram over the summer.
News of the restraining order broke on Sept. 11, 2020. The documents secured by TMZ state that the former Bachelor took “obsessive walks to her apartment complex” and her parents’ home in the middle of the night.
“She alleges Colton also sent anonymous text messages to her and to himself pretending to also be a victim of the anonymous stalker,” the outlet continues. “Cassie claims Colton later admitted to sending the messages and planting the tracking device.”
According to Us Weekly, the order was granted and stated that Underwood must remain at least 100 yards away from his ex-girlfriend, her house, and her workplace.
Cassie Randolph returns to social media with the support of her fans
Since news of the alleged harassment, neither Cassie Randolph nor Colton Underwood shared anything via social media. However, on Sept. 21, 2020, the graduate student shared a photo of herself.
“Be like the moon and inspire people even when you’re far from full,” the former Bachelor contestant wrote.
Fans welcomed Randolph back with open arms and inspiring messages.
“Thanks for being strong,” one fan wrote in the comments of the picture. “Those of us who have been through something similar need representation. Hang in there.”
Many fans commented with their love and support in her challenging situation.
“I love the support and love Cassie is getting right now,” another fan wrote on Reddit. “It’s really great to see people sending her love considering everything she’s been through.”
“Reading the leaked court docs was chilling,” one Instagram user commented. “You handled yourself so well no matter what anyone says. So did your brother. It is so hard to love someone who struggles or becomes entirely unhinged. It really is one of the most heartbreaking things. Thinking of you, brave girl. You did a hard thing.”

Alayah Benavidez, Kelsey Weier, and Mykenna Dorn from Peter Weber’s season of The Bachelor also shared sweet sentiments for Cassie Randolph.
“Yes,” Dorn wrote. “Sending all the love to you, babe.”
Lauren Burnham Luyendyk from the 22nd season of The Bachelor also sent several hearts to Randolph. She was runner-up on her season; however, Aerie Luyendyk later ended his engagement with the winner to pursue a relationship with Lauren.
The public outcry was one of love and support in this difficult time for Randolph.
