‘The Bachelor’: Some of Your Favorites are Teaming Up For a New Show
If there is one thing that’s true about The Bachelor franchise, it’s that they know how to get us invested. Whether it’s by claiming that something is the most intense reunion/season/date/breakup ever or by repeatedly showing clips of the lead jumping over a wall, the producers know what draws us in.
Which is why they are amazing at coming up with new shows. It seems like every few years, the franchise gives us a new show to obsess over and we are definitely here for it.
Now, some of our Bachelor favorites are coming together for an all-new show.
Who is going to be on it?
The show, Rose Buds, was first announced via former Bachelor contestant Ashley Iaconetti’s Instagram. The show will feature Iaconetti, her fiance Jared Haibon, Nick Viall, Dean Unglert, Jade and Tanner Tolbert, their daughter Emmy Tolbert, and Iaconetti’s sister, Lauren.
What will the show be about?
Ever wonder what life after The Bachelor is like? What happens when the cameras stop rolling and the contestants have to try to go back and live some semblance of normal lives?
Well, this new show will answer that question. It will follow Iaconetti and Haibon as they move in together and get ready for their upcoming nuptials, and hang out with some of their best Bachelor friends.
Where will the show air?
Rose Buds will air on Kinetic Content’s YouTube channel. The first two episodes will air on May 6 at 8 p.m. EST.
“In the series premiere of Rose Buds, we catch up with Ashley and Jared as they merge their lives with Jared finally moving in,” Kinetic Content’s statement to E! News reads. “Ashley’s sister and room-mate, Lauren, will be re-introduced, and fans will watch as Jared has to acclimate to living with his newly-engaged fiancé, her sister, and their two dogs.”
“We will follow Jade and Tanner’s stressful cross country move to make Los Angeles their permanent home, and their emotional road to baby number two. Nick and Dean make appearances as they continue cultivating their professional endeavors, and embark on epic adventures. Fans will be thrilled to see additional familiar faces throughout the season. Make sure to mark your calendars for an adrenaline-packed season finale that will leave you wiping away tears and picking your jaw up off the floor.”
“Rose Buds will highlight the lives of this dynamic group of friends in various stages of love, marriage, and career. It’s a look at these individuals and relationships beyond the walls of the famous mansion they all met in.”
What do the stars have to say about the show?
Iaconetti, who has always been open about sharing her life, is excited for fans to see more of her relationships and the real friendships she’s made from The Bachelor.
“I feel like everyone loves seeing the friendships that form on the show, but we never get enough in the one hour and 20 minutes of air time,” Iaconetti told People. “I think this is why people love seeing the alums together on Instagram.”
The first season will feature six episodes.
