‘The Bachelor’: Would Cassie Randolph Turn Down a Proposal from Colton Underwood?

Bachelor Colton Underwood and Cassie Randolph have had a long, bumpy road to love. First, Underwood was dating over 20 other women in addition to Randolph, and then she tried to break up with him because she wasn’t in love with him. But Underwood was eventually able to jump over a fence and somehow win her back so maybe all is well that ends well?

Since the end of their Bachelor journey, fans have wondered when the couple would get engaged. Typically, an engagement happens at the end of the season, but these two really didn’t follow the normal Bachelor timeline at all.

When will Underwood and Randolph get engaged?

Towards the end of their season of The Bachelor, Underwood had to constantly tell Randolph that she didn’t have to think about getting engaged anytime soon in order to keep her calm. But it seems like those sentiments may have changed.

While at the 54th Academy of Country Music Awards, Underwood told Entertainment Tonight that he was thinking of proposing pretty soon.

“Honestly, if I was a betting man I would say it would happen within the next year, yes,” he told the outlet.

But he’s still trying to be cautious.

“We’re enjoying it, we’re having fun,” he continued, speaking of their new relationship. “I think, right now, at this point in our relationship, we’re enjoying this, trying to be as normal as possible. But you know, we’ve talked about our engagement and talked about taking the next step in our relationship and [decided] one thing at a time.”

Would Randolph say yes to a proposal?

The whole reason that Randolph tried to break up with the former football player was that she didn’t feel like she was ready or far enough along in their relationship to get married. But has all that changed? If Underwood proposed tomorrow would she say yes?

The jury is still out on that, but Randolph credits their slow movement as what keeps them together.

“Colton never put pressure on me,” she recently told People. “I think that’s why we’re still here today, because we took it at our own pace. We didn’t want to rush something that was going to be forever.”

When will Randolph and Underwood move in together?

Unlike most Bachelor couples, Underwood and Randolph still don’t live together yet.

As soon as the show ended, Underwood moved to L.A. to be closer to his new girlfriend.

“The plan right now is I moved down here,” Underwood said on the After the Final Rose special. “We’re going to be traveling a lot this next year and we’re going to be spending a lot of time together. It’s a big step in our relationship as well. We’ve had the conversations, but we’re not gonna rush anything.”

In March, Randolph who previously lived in Huntington Beach, also moved to L.A. She announced her move on Instagram.

“Today marks a new chapter for me and @michellerandolph!” she captioned a picture. “I’m not abandoning my beach home, (since I’ll be interning for grad school in [Huntington Beach]) but adding a city home to the mix 🌻 And bonus, I’m now closer to Colton 💛 so yay!”
