‘The Bachelorette’: How Jed Wyatt Feels About Hannah And Tyler C. Getting A Drink
At the end of The Bachelorette season finale, after it was revealed that Hannah Brown had called off her engagement to Jed Wyatt, Brown asked Tyler Cameron if he’d like to get a drink.
“You’re an incredible guy, and I’m a single girl … so, I don’t know, maybe we could go for a drink and just hang out?” Hannah asked.
“I would love to, just tell me when,” Tyler responded. “I’m there.”
Cue: Bachelor Nation going wild.
Both Brown and Cameron have commented on their excitement and expecations for getting that drink.
“And to your burning questions: Yes, the drink is happening. No, you’re not invited. I’m really appreciative that Tyler has always had my back and supported me through all my decisions. He constantly encourages me to lean into the strong woman that I am. He’s a really good man, and I’m going to be his biggest fan in whatever makes him the happiest,” Brown wrote in a recent Instagram post.
In an interview with Glamour, Cameron says he’s looking forward to catching up with Brown in a no-pressure situation.
“I’m Hannah’s biggest fan and think the world of her, so whatever happens, happens. We just need to take one day at a time with no pressure and take it easy,” he said. “I’ll be just excited to spend time with her and catch up. We haven’t really talked or seen each other since we broke up, so it will be interesting to have that time, without any pressure, and just enjoy it. That’s what I’m most looking forward to.”
Jed Wyatt is supportive of Hannah B. and Tyler C. getting a drink
When he was interviewed on Good Morning America, Wyatt said that he could sense that something could be brewing between Brown and Cameron.
“I had a feeling something was up and I couldn’t really put a finger on it when I was there that day,” he told Michael Strahan of arriving at the live taping. “I know there was a lot of nerves and a lot of tension.”
As for what he thinks about his ex-fiance getting a drink with Cameron–Wyatt says he’s supportive.
“I want her to be happy,” he said. “And Tyler is one of my friends, he’s a great guy. If that’s what it’s supposed to be, then I support that.”
However, Wyatt says Brown moving on is still painful for him.
“I do have closure now knowing that she has moved on, but it still hurts, you know, because I love her and I do want the best for her,” he said. “But ultimately I just have to just move on.”
Wyatt also said that he hopes to “be a better man” after this whole experience.
“You know, this whole show really opened my eyes to a lot of things and changed me in a lot of ways,” he said. “And, with my newfound perspective, I hope to move forward and be a better man.”
