‘The Bachelorette’: We Get To Hear Jed Wyatt’s Side Of The Story During The Live Finale
After Hannah Brown’s Men Tell All episode tonight, Bachelorette fans are excited to see how things play out during the season’s two-part live season finale. There’s always a lot of hype going into a Bachelor/ette finale, but franchise fans are especially interested to see who Brown ends up with amid all of the ex-girlfriend drama swirling around.
Front-runner Jed Wyatt’s alleged ex-girlfriend came forward saying Wyatt went on the show with the sole intention of promoting his music and intended to return to her as soon as filming ended.
“We spent the night together the night before he headed to L.A.,” Haley Stevens, Wyatt’s alleged ex, told People. “He told me [the show] was just an obstacle and we’d be stronger on the other side because of it.”
She said they were in love and that Wyatt would constantly reassure her that “it’s not real, It’s acting,” before he went on the show.
Wyatt, as he recently reminded all of his Instagram followers, hasn’t been able to respond to the scandal since he’s still in the running for Brown’s heart.
Chris Harrison says there are three sides to every story
In a recent interview with ET, host Chris Harrison says he’s looking forward to hearing Wyatt’s side of the story during the upcoming live finale.
“There’s a lot of questions to be answered with all these guys. And clearly, there’s been a lot of accusations, been a lot of things said about Jed,” he said
He’s heard Stevens’ story, and he believes there was definitely a relationship that took place between her and Wyatt.
“Yeah, we heard Jed’s girlfriend speak… And she was emotional, very believable. There’s a lot of things to be said there,” he said. “Look, we know there was a relationship there… But I wanna hear the rest of it. I wanna hear his side of the story, so let’s give him that chance. And he’s gonna get it on live TV.”
He continued: “I want his perspective. I want his say. There’s always three sides to the truth — their version, their version and then the real version.”
Viewers will be pleased to learn that Harrison doesn’t plan on going easy on Wyatt.
“I wanna hear him talk. I wanna hear him answer some questions and there are a lot of things that need to be said,” he said. “And I’m gonna push him, but I wanna have that conversation. There are a lot of things that remain to be solved as we head into this two-night finale.”
Chris Harrison doesn’t know if Hannah Brown ends up with a ‘lying sack of poo’
Brown was interviewed by ET back when her season first started airing and she famously said she didn’t want to end up with a “lying sack of poo.”
When Harrison was asked if Brown ends up with a liar he said he doesn’t know.
“I really don’t know [if Brown ends up with a liar]. I don’t know. That remains to be seen,” he responded. “We will find out and that’s part of the beauty of the live finale is I don’t know what’s going to happen, with Peter, with Tyler, with Jed, with all of them. I think there’s a lot of questions to be answered.”
