The couple met on Season 12 of The Bachelorette. Rodgers previously signed with the Jacksonville Jaguars, but didn’t continue with football like his brother, Aaron. He went on the show to find love with Fletcher.

Their love story was pretty smooth on the show. The season ended with him proposing to her and getting the final rose. Fletcher and Rodgers are still engaged. She has returned to her roots by continuing with real estate.

Fletcher hasn’t just used her reality TV fame to create a business on social media. She was a real estate developer before the show so she is continuing to use her expertise.

“I don’t think people know what my background is, but when I was younger, my mom did real estate development and I learned from her,” she told Architectural Digest.

“When I was younger, my mom had an apartment complex that she actually renovated from ground up, and me and my brothers would go in and help her,” she said. “So, early on, I got a taste of real estate and design. And then, when I was in college, that’s when I started becoming hands-on.”

She has created JHF Realty Development LLC and talked about what it’s like to work with Rodgers. “Jordan actually is the best helper. He comes around when I need him, he gives me advice, and it’s fun. It’s fun not to have to do it alone anymore. But he kind of chooses when he comes around.”

Now it looks like that has changed with Rodgers becoming much more involved with her real estate business. The couple has a new show that puts a spin on renovations.

Cash Pad shows them creating short-term rentals

The reality stars are joining the list of celebrity partners who will be starring in a home renovation show. The former football player talked about why they are taking on homeowners looking into short-term rentals.

The short-term rental market is booming,” he told People. “Right now, people all across the country are choosing to stay at cool, unique properties instead of cookie-cutter hotels.” Fletcher said, “That’s where we see a big opportunity to make a lot of money, and create investments that keep on giving.”

Properties across the country will be featured. ” Our goal? To build a country-wide portfolio of profitable, short-term rentals in America’s hottest markets,” Rodgers said. “We’re unlocking hidden potential.”

Fans will soon get to see how the couple works together in a new way. The show will be on CNBC and premieres on July 23.
