‘The Bachelorette’: Reality Steve Reveals This Finalist Sends Himself Home

Bachelor guru Reality Steve usually knows what’s up when it comes to The Bachelorette. However, this season has been difficult for Steve to spoil as information is harder to come by when filming takes place in a bubble due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. But Steve has learned that one of Katie Thurston’s final four sends himself home.

Reality Steve didn’t get the final four right

Things got real last week when Thurston cut her men down from six to four. First, she sent Mike Planeta home after their one-on-one date. Then, during the rose ceremony, she broke up with Andrew Spencer.

“You are such an amazing man,” Thurston said to Spencer. “And you give 100 percent to everything that you are passionate about, and that’s what you deserve. And that’s not something I could give you. I could not look at your mom or your sister in the eye and tell them what they would want to hear, because they know what you deserve. I know what you deserve.”

Spencer’s breakup ended up extending past the rose ceremony as the next day, Thurston asked him to rejoin the competition but ultimately, he turned her down.

“I wanted to say yes,” Spencer said to the cameras of his decision to leave. “I’d love nothing more than to be with her. She f—— sprinted down the stairs, and I said no. But I want my future wife to choose me and, you know, I wasn’t chosen. So I had to say no. I don’t want to go through this with her again. I don’t want to be standing at a rose ceremony, waiting for her to not choose me.”

Initially, Steve predicted Planeta would be in the final four but now, Thurston is left with Blake Moynes, Greg Grippo, Justin Glaze, and Michael Allio.

Who sends himself home tonight, according to Reality Steve?

Earlier on in the season, Steve predicted that Allio didn’t make it to the top 4, now he has updated that prediction to reflect what really happened.

“When I reported that back in May on Michael A., the one thing I knew was that his family never met Katie,” he wrote. “So I made the assumption he didn’t finish top 4 since, well, top 4 get hometowns. I made the wrong assumption there on his placement. He finishes 4th, BUT, his family doesn’t meet Katie.”

According to Steve, Allio is the one who sends himself home. “At the beginning of next week’s episode, we’ll see Michael self eliminate because of his son, and Katie never meets his family. Then the episode will transition into the ‘Men Tell All,’ which was filmed this past Thursday and Michael was there. And there was an audience in attendance as well. Kaitlyn and Tayshia hosted.”

Is Katie Thurston engaged?

Though Thurston is only about to go into hometowns, there are several indicators that the reality star is engaged. A leaked photo on Reddit showed Thurston at the After the Final Rose ceremony with what looked like an engagement ring on her hand. She also revealed on Instagram that she was moving to CA, which could stand for Canada, where her finalist Blake Moynes lives.
