‘The Bachelorette’: The Reason Newly Single Tyler Cameron Won’t be Dating Anyone From the Franchise
Tyler Cameron, America’s newest James Dean, is single again, ladies. After dating supermodel Gigi Hadid for almost two months, the pair called it quits. The exact reason why Hadid and Cameron went their separate ways is unknown, but Bachelor nation certainly isn’t losing any sleep over the breakup.
Ever since Hannah Brown broke things off with Bachelorette winner Jed Wyatt, people have been hoping that she and Cameron would rekindle their relationship. Unfortunately, that probably won’t be happening anytime soon. In fact, Cameron won’t be getting cozy with anyone from the Bachelor franchise for quite some time.
Tyler Cameron and Hannah Brown’s relationship
Cameron and Brown met on Brown’s season of The Bachelorette. The two had an almost immediate connection. But in the end, Brown felt stronger about Wyatt and sent Cameron home.
“I was immediately attracted to Tyler, but I didn’t take it seriously at first,” Brown told People after the season ended. “I was so scared to get hurt by him. And I didn’t know if he was really ready for [marriage]. Then I started to slowly break down. And [by] the Fantasy Suites, it wrecked me. I felt like I did a disservice because I hadn’t allowed myself that time to be ready to be engaged to Tyler.”
“Tyler will always have a place in my heart no matter what our relationship looks like,” she continued. “The feelings I developed for him were real and they don’t shut off instantly. And it’s hard to say [yet] what the future holds with him, or anyone else.”
Unfortunately for Brown, Cameron soon began dating Hadid.
Will Tyler Cameron get back with Hannah Brown?
Now that things are over between Cameron and Hadid, everyone has been wondering whether Cameron and Brown will give their relationship another go.
When asked about it, Cameron didn’t seem too sure either way.
“We’re friends and I think she’s an incredible girl and I have so much love for her and I want her to be successful and have the best,” he told Us Weekly. “I don’t know about the future. I’m just trying to worry about today and tomorrow, you know?”
Why Cameron won’t date anyone else from the ‘Bachelor’ franchise
In the same interview, Cameron said that he won’t be dating any women from the Bachelor franchise.
“I don’t mean no in a negative way, I’ve just never thought of it,” he said of why he isn’t looking for Bachelor women. “Like, here’s beautiful girls and great girls I’ve met, but I haven’t even thought about dating in that sense. I only know a few of them and they’re all great. … But like I said, dating girls is, like, the least of my worries right now. I’m so busy and running around. I’ll be in Toronto this weekend, Boston Monday and then Jupiter, [Florida] for the week to finally relax and hang with the family.”
So, Cameron isn’t really focused on dating right now, but that doesn’t mean that a reunion between him and Brown is completely off of the table. Maybe they’ll catch up once she’s done with Dancing with the Stars. We can all hope, right?
