‘The Bachelorette’: Tyler C. And Hannah B. Have Exchanged Phone Numbers–”I Got Her Number!”
“You’re an incredible guy, and I’m a single girl … so, I don’t know, maybe we could go for a drink and just hang out?” Brown asked in an iconic moment in Bachelorette history.
“I would love to, just tell me when,” Cameron responded. “I’m there.”
In a recent interview with Glamour, Cameron revealed that it was a surprise to him that Brown still had feelings for him.
“It was definitely a surprise. I think the world of her. When she said that…I never thought…even if she was still with Jed, I never thought that our friendship was going to just be over, because we cherished and valued each other’s relationship so much. I think we didn’t want to go cold turkey just because it didn’t work out on the show right away,” he said.
He continued: “So we’re just going to enjoy each other’s company and see how we are around each other without all the pressure. We don’t want to put pressure on each other. We want to just enjoy each other’s company and go from there.”
While he told the publication that he and Brown have not officially set a date for this highly anticipated drink meetup, the two have exchanged numbers.
“We do have each other’s phone numbers now,” he said with a laugh. “I got her number!”
Hannah B. and Tyler C. are excited to see each other
Mostly, Cameron says he’s just happy to get to see Brown again.
“I’ll be just excited to spend time with her and catch up. We haven’t really talked or seen each other since we broke up, so it will be interesting to have that time, without any pressure, and just enjoy it. That’s what I’m most looking forward to,” he said.
Brown is also excited to catch up with Cameron.
“And to your burning questions: Yes, the drink is happening. No, you’re not invited. I’m really appreciative that Tyler has always had my back and supported me through all my decisions. He constantly encourages me to lean into the strong woman that I am. He’s a really good man, and I’m going to be his biggest fan in whatever makes him the happiest,” she wrote in a recent Instagram post.
Brown also told ET that, at the end of the day, she just wants Cameron in her life, whether that’s as a romantic partner or as friends–they’ll find what works best for them.
“It’s only been two months ago, so my feelings just don’t go away, but also we’ve both been hurt. I hurt him, I was hurt through that, and I was hurt through the relationship that I had,” she said. “I think it’s really important that if any type of relationship is going to happen for Tyler and I, that we hang out, and just see where we’re at, and if that’s friends, if it’s more, I’m good with that.”
“I want to continue to be a part of his life, and I think he wants to be a part of mine,” she added. “But at what capacity, I don’t think we know just yet.”
