Jed Wyatt came on the show saying he’s a musician

The Nashville contestant came on the show with his music at the forefront. He sang and played the guitar for Brown in the first episode.

He currently has one song, “Vacation” available on Spotify. He also has a song called “Misery” on YouTube. Wyatt’s music came into play in a big way with his time on the show.

Wyatt admitted he went on The Bachelorette for his music career

Typically men try to hide if they had a reason other than love for joining The Bachelorette. Wyatt made the risky move of being honest with Brown about what his intentions were in the beginning.

Music is my passion. I want it more than anything in this world,” he explained. He said pursuing this career is “hard and scary.” The songwriter said he saw coming on the show as an opportunity to help with that.

“When I signed up for the show, I was skeptical… my first thought was, ‘This is a huge platform,'” he revealed. “I came in with that mindset.” The singer then claimed he had a change of heart. “Now, more than anything, I want to be with you.”

It was a risky move, but it paid off. Brown gave him a rose after the reveal that he came to the show for the wrong reasons. Wyatt is pursuing music, but it looks like he took another gig in Nashville to entertain audiences.

He was in a burlesque show at the Music City Male Revue

According to Pop Sugar, the singer also had a side gig. He was a male revue dancer at Music City Male Revue. The company’s Instagram page has in the bio “Looking for the best way to kick off your Bachelorette party or girls weekend in Nashville, TN? We are Nashville’s first ‘Male Burlesque!'”

The show doesn’t include full nudity. Instead, they are in costumes that leave a little something to the imagination.

Wyatt is still one of the strong contenders this season. Although there are still some who are questioning his motives. He recently answered a question of why he decided to tell Brown the truth about why he went on TV.

“Hannah said she wanted us to be open and honest and I didn’t want to go another day without her knowing the truth. I knew some people would take it the wrong way but what mattered to me was being honest so we could focus on our relationship,” Wyatt wrote in an Instagram story.

It sounds like honesty is the best policy when it comes to Brown. Fans will have to keep watching to see if Wyatt ends up winning her heart in the end.
